I have a problem trying to get the app PC Express past the sign in. The app is part of the yourindependentgrocer.ca app. I have used Firefox, Chrome and Edge and have encountered the same problem. I use Proton for my e-mail and I have used all their apps for my computer. I recently changed the start up app from judymk@protonmail.com to judymk@pm.me. I don't think this is a problem as Proton says the app should not care what protocol is used as it translates the same regardless of what app is used. I would appreciate any help with this.

I was having trouble getting into my HP instantink account and the agent said Firefox had blocked it. I gave him control of my computer (my mistake) and he sent up my email with Microsoft and now I Ican't find my mail. Can you help me?

I have been on 2 weekis holiday and did not take my computer. I* have returned and keep getting a message from Firefox saying Firefox is installing componenents, try later. Well I have tried later and it's exactly the same. Firefox has disabled the government website in South Africa on this laptop. The address is gov.za. I need this disablement to be undone urgently because I am not able to log in to the SA revenue services website to comply with my tax obligations. The disablement may have very terrible consequences for me. Please enable it forthwith. If I am not able to log into gov.za any longer then I cannot stay with Firefox.

Did Firefox lock me out of my emails? I can see them but when I click on them, they will not open. I was to verify my secondary email and have not as yet. We have had several screen chats and due to my lack of understanding, I still do not know what to do. I know nothing about computers and do not know all the basic terms used.
