Hi!

  This single group recently "lost" all it's header information. I was able, by right-clicking in the upper left corner of the box, to get *most* of the headers back. "Subject" is missing and is not in the list of header options (I'm thinking that it should always be displayed). This only happened on one group. Any ideas?

Of necessity I've changed my email address. My earlier, saved, Pocket articles remain accessible if I enter the name of my previous email address & password but, as the address is now not sustained, I cannot add to Pocket. I wish to be able to add new articles to Pocket using my new email address, but not lose those articles already saved. I see that I can create a secondary account, but have not been able to establish whether this 'wipes' Pocket articles saved previously. Your help would be appreciated.

Since your latest so called update a few days ago, all I get is the "Secure Connection Failed - An error occurred during a connection to www.youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR" message when trying to open any pages. Your browser has become less useful than explorer or edge. It's the same message no matter what page is attempted to open.

There is little help with Contacts/Address Book. How do I put the address books in the l/h sidebar into a specific order like alphabetical, for instance? How do I change the order of contacts from alphabetical by first name to alphabetical by surname?

Where are the setting controls which do this?

Let me start with two points: (a) this is the first time that I've used this site, so if I do anything wrong please just tell me and I won't do it again, and, (b) I'm no technician (I deliberately use Firefox because I believe in Mozilla's business principles, not because I think Firefox is technically superior to other browsers - although I'm quite prepared to believe that it is) but I can follow instructions. I am using the latest version of Firefox [98.0.2 (64-bit)] on a bog standard Dell laptop under Windows 10 [Edition Windows 10 Home, Version 21H2, OS build 19044.1620, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0].

I have recently opened an HSBC bank account. If I try to access their UK online banking site (https://www.hsbc.co.uk/) using Firefox (which I should very much prefer to do than with any other browser), it is missing the most important feature of 'Chat' (the only sensible way of talking to HSBC without having to endure a half-hour wait). However, if I access it using any other browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge) the 'Chat' facility is available in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Please note that with Firefox I am using a 'container' (called HSBC) - I don't think that Edge has similar facilities.

Can anybody please tell me whether I might have some setting or other (e.g., say something to do with 'pop-ups' which I think that the HSBC's 'Chat' facility uses) set incorrectly?

So I recently got a MacBook Pro and downloaded Firefox and signed in. For some reason, nothing is syncing. Bookmarks, history, passwords, everything is not syncing. I have signed into my account on 3 separate PCs and syncing works fine, just not on macOS.

Any thoughts?

Firefox is not able to perform any download. It allways get a message saying that the download has failed. I´m completely out of solutions to solve this issue. Francisco

I think this happened after the recent update to 91.7.0, may have been 91.6.0. I lost, at a minimum, an entire folder. Doing a filtered key word search, Thunderbird shows that the folder, thus the e-mails in in that folder, are in Account NONE. How do I access this account so I can move the e-mails back where they belong? C:\Users\3TIER\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles does NOT show a "None" profile in any of the sub-folders

I was receiving the "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox". I uninstalled AVG Anti Virus which resolved the problem but now my inbox is empty. Can I retrieve them?

I cannot point out "which" version caused this (looks like 91.2.1 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1355115), but on my Windows 10 x64, the Preference -> General -> language setting was messed up. It showed and was set up to English (Canada) in lieu of English (US).

I have visually-induced vertigo/supermarket syndrome.

I have a hard time aviding accidental scrolling in the new print modals. @#$%^ modals. Because of the accidental scrolling, because they scroll in front of other elements in the same window, and because the modals aren't designed for page down, and because they don't integrate with system-level print options, these don't work for me.

So far I've been using the system print dialogues instead of the Firefox and Thunderbird print modals, but I accidentally updated Thunderbird a few months ago, and lost access to the system print dialogues.

It worked fine until March 2022, but now every time I restart, Thunderbird keeps asking me to re-enter outlook passwords. Please help me fix it!

Firefox is currently blocking my work website. This has never happened before so I can only assume that it is since the last update. I have gone into Firefox /Preferences/Privacy&Security to put an exception on the website so it is not blocked. It is sort of a two page/window log-in process. This is the first window where you enter your log-in details. It then uses an authenticator app on my phone as a verification that I am who I say I am: https://acaeronet.aircanada.ca/vdesk/webtop.eui?webtop=/Prod/AC_EMPLOYEES_FULL_POR_PROD&webtop_type=webtop_full Once I am verified, then it opens and I select aeronet, which then opens second page/window which allows me to access the sight. Any suggestions as to how I can regain access to my work website? I've tried to upload screenshots of the web pages but they won't upload. Not a computer guy here so bear with me.

Hello Mozilla Support, WebXR is not working anymore on FF (and Chrome) for me since some months. When I go to: https://mixedreality.mozilla.org/hello-webxr/, Firefox says now "VR not Supported".

I can enter VR with Chrome Canary (not with the normal Chrome) and Microsoft Edge, no problems. Firefox and Chrome did work for me till some months ago.

I just had a long dialog with the Oculus Support, they said they cannot solve my issue with Oculus Rift and Firefox.

I've tried using the websites in the title all day and none of them work at all. Netfilx gives me the 7701 error code, Twitch gives me the error #4000, and HBOMax and Disney+ stay loading. I've tried a lot of the solutions I've seen (turn on and off the drm player, delete cookies, reset cache, refreash firefox, uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, updating drivers, removing all addons) and none of them have worked. The same thing happens with Opera. I've tried using Chrome and that seems to be working well so I don't think it has to do witth my computer.

I have not been able to convert from Eudora to Thunderbird. I've read several posts that say that the last version of Thunderbird that had native import from Eudora was version 17. Any idea how I can find an install for 17?

why can i no longer see the count of mail in a folder? ie; number 67 shows beside the folder. all mail read or not. If i get an answer another hopefully quick question- is there a manual or an index of how to use advanced preferences? i'm very sure this a quick check or uncheck or make a slight change in a keyword, but opening it up without knowing what i'm doing.. well that would just prove past all doubt that i'm a nitwit
