I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

Hi, I use firefox exclusively across all my devices (for obvious reasons) but I find some browser apps don't work on Firefox - in particular Beat Buddy manager online. This requires FilesystemAPI support, which exists in Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox. Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor. Upon opening the NY Times website, page 1 flashes briefly. Then the screen locks in on a commercial which prevents further access to the paper. I cannot escape the ad.

This does not happen with Safari or Chrome.

Firefox cann't use microphone in my android 5.1 device. But a camera work perfectly (after confirm allow in a pop-up with asking "if you want to share your device’s camera and microphone with that site.") FireFox detect microfone as "default input device" but it doesn"t work. In a special sites that can test a work of the microphone, drop down list of the detected device (in the Firefox) contains only one item "default input device" and microphone doesn't work. In other browsers (Chrome), вesides this "default input device" that drop down also contains other items and microphone work perfectly I need to use microphone in Firefox for web version of a messenger that doesn't support in ohter browsers and apk on this android device

I’m using TinyMCE as a rich text editor in my web application. When typing with phonetic/IME input (like Hindi, Kannada, etc.) in Mozilla Firefox, I encounter an issue:

After completing a word using the IME and pressing space, a space is added after the word but the cursor (caret) does not move visually beyond the space.(confirmed via HTML inspection).

This issue does not occur in Chrome—there the cursor moves correctly after space.

I'm unable to access GroupOn from my laptop while using FireFox browser. When I attempt to log on using my Email user name, a message that states "ACCESS DENIED" appears. I have followed the steps to clear the cache but doesn't correct this issue. I'm able to access using my email user name using an alternative browser but I prefer FireFox. Currently running Windows 10. I receive emails from GroupOn using the same account that I attempt to log on with and receive the "ACCESS DENIED" response. Any knowledge would be appreciated

When I try to go to costco.ca I get a connectivity error saying site cannot redirect properly. This site works with IE or other browsers.

Microsoft seems to have cut Firefox out for video chats. This is a recent change. Their message is that video is not supported by my browser (Firefox)

With Yahoo's new email format, my page seems to jump while I am trying to respond to an email. Do I need to change any Firefox settings for Yahoo to work correctly, or is this strictly a Yahoo problem?

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

An individual website keeps defaulting to, and loading in, the German (https://de.website name here) language version. This has never, ever occurred previously. I have had no success in resetting the website back to the setting(s) which would have it load the page(s) in English, NOT German.
