I need help to log into Thunderbird. I get the same message over and over again (login to server imap.videotron.ca with username...............failed. I've tried several tried and true passwords from before and none fit.

I do not receive the emails with the code to continue - have checked junk, spam etc.

I have another email address you can use: [email 2 removed] or [email 3 removed] Please help

Hi , I am trying to log into my Thunderbird email account on a new computer , I have forgotten/lost the password ,I found the page to view/change passwords but it is asking me for my password before it will let me see it !.I am still logged in on my old computer !.What can I do ?
