I've been noticing a consistent issue specifically with Firefox causing my mac to black screen/shutdown involuntarily.

It happens specifically when I use the zoom-in function on firefox web pages (the pinch zoom).

Other times when it doesn't black screen, firefox would sometimes have this pixelated appearance (basically random squares interspersed around a web page at times) after I try zooming in.

Anything I could do to help prevent this problem?

how do I see a message sent from one computer and have that same sent message shows across all computers/devises in sent folder of same account? Do I hate to go back to the originating computer to see that sent message. Often can't remember which device message was created.

I have two principal address books, collected and personal. I can add new contacts to these address books. Under collected, I have three lists of group contacts. I want to add a contact to a list in the personal address book. Searched under Firefox and lots of suggestions to drag n drop. Ha ha, highlighting the contact, the moment I drag it across the box towards the list of address books, I get the no-entry symbol, circle with a bar through it. Why is this happening please? How can I copy across the address books or lists? Why is drag n drop suggested when it doesn't work? I'm using Win 10 Pro vers 22H2 64 bit on a Dell PC. Firefox 118.0.2 64 bit. Your aid will save my mind !

Team, I have inadvertently been using 2 different Firefox accounts (for years now), each with one of my primary email addresses. I have a new phone and have been trying to Synchronize both of my laptops to it, thus discovering my problem.

It seems that I have created 2 different Firefox Accounts, each with 1 of my primary email accounts, but both of which have the same profile picture. (Which is why I didn't recognize this before.)

Is there a way to combine my 2 Firefox accounts but keep both of my primary email addresses (thus Merge or Combine, not remove 1)? This will allow both of my 2 laptops have the same configuration and keep all my saved passwords/logins/bookmarks/etc.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

For Reference, my devices are: 2x Windows 11 Laptops 1x Android Smartphone.

When I just went on Mozilla it said that my account was not active and took me to a page that said 400 error. It didn't look right so I hit on it and it took me to Mozilla page and the message saying my account was not active was gone. I feel like I am getting directed to fake pages.

The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say '"Firefox secured'"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox? I guess I can report bugs here. Anyway, when trying to create an email, and using the "Bullet" option, I install a bullet, then when I try to put a word in bold or regular text, the text jumps above the bullet. Also, when typing a line that is not bold, if I have to backspace for a spelling error, it turns the font to bold every time. It seems there are a lot of bugs when writing emails now. Try using "bullets" in an email and try to type behind that bullet and see what happens.

I like to save things and later go back and watch on Facebook. Lately I can not save anything. But I am able to save on my I Phone. Have I messed up my settings some way?

I have thunderbrird on both my laptop and computer, i got home, and did my normal, and on my computer it come up with Authentication Failed, its only doing it on the computer, but no the laptop, i have version 115.4.1, on both, but howcome it only doing it on the computer not the laptop? should i re-install on the computer?? or is their another way to fix this problem?

On my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 running Windows 11 Thunderbird starts out very small and I set the high DPI compatibility mode on thunderbird.exe to System to fix this. The really annoying part is that every time Thunderbird updates (which seems fairly frequent) I lose that setting and have to do it over. Firefox does not have this issue.

Can Thunderbird fix it's high DPI display once and for all?

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.

I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

I have a number of websites which send me notifications. If I let the notification sit for about 20 seconds or longer, then when I click on it, no web page comes up. It disappears as if I had clicked dismiss. Similarly, within that 20 second time., if I do click dismiss then the web page comes up anyway. Is there a setting that can affect this? Or is this the way it's supposed to happen?
