After successfully logging into NY Times, it asks me to log in again. NY Times advised be to use Chrome, said Firefox does not support their website as well as Chrome. Any way to overcome problem on Firefox?

Firefox links play controls in different tabs. If I listen to music in one tab and watching video in another, when I pause video, music will stop. But if I want to stop one source to listen another it stops both. It's annoying. Can I fix it?

When I press ctrl+shift+s, I get a menu in the upper-right corner of the browser. It has a “Save full page” option. However, I still have to go and click on that.

Is there a shortcut to just directly take a screenshot of the whole page? Is there a way to configure such a shortcut if there isn’t one by default?

The page search facility (Ctrl+F) works fine for most pages, but doesn't work on one particular page.

The page in question happens to be my home page and is one that I created via Macromedia Dreamweaver. It is my web portal containing numerous links (to all the sites I usually access).

I press Ctrl+F and the search box appears at bottom of screen, as usual. I enter a word in the search box, click the up and down arrows, but it doesn't find any matches, even though that word definitely exists on the page (multiple times). (The Highlight All, Match Case, Whole Words options are not selected). If I enable "Highlight All", nothing is highlighted.

This problem has surfaced in the last month or so. I suspect it may have crept in with a recent Firefox update, as this wasn't a problem in the past. My setup: Desktop PC, Win 10 (64bit), Firefox is 82.0 (64-bit) -the current version, and I'm using the Default Theme.

PS: I opened the same page with Microsoft Edge and the Page Search works fine there. .... but Firefox is my preferred browser, so I need to get to the bottom of this problem.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this weird problem?

Did a Windows update or Firefox update cause page loading to get really slow recently? Chrome seems to have same problem. I am using latest Firefox 82.0 and latest 2004 Windows 10, Norton Security Suite, & Roboform. Any idea what changed in last couple days?

I have a mht-file and shall open it in Firefox. Chip Magazin promts me to Firefox Mozilla Archive Erweiterung. I can't find that thing. So what to do? (I use Firefox 82.0 (64bit).

Evidently my spouse inadvertently checked a dialogue box, and now all files and urls contained in the e-mail will only download and not open in a new window. I have gone to Options-General and have checked "ask me" not download. Really could use help on this. Thanks Jon

When I visit the weekly newspaper http://www.mambalamtimes.in/ the PDF opens in new tab without any issues with Google Chrome. However Firefox is trying get this PDF downloaded to the local disk instead of opening in the new tab.

I guess Firefox also has an inbuilt PDF reader so not sure why it is preferring the file to be downloaded over displaying and rendering the same inline...

Hello, I have had this add on since two years and I was really happy to see it was back after two months without. I work well for me. Only when one of my friend to who I promoted it tries to download it (through the download file since the blue add to firefox button is greyed out) she only get a fail download.
