I was testing a new website for a developer. I wanted to see if DNS worked correctly on various browsers. I downloaded Firefox and the test was OK. However, something happened with Yahoo and Facebook, apparently those sites think I am on another device. Where I have to log in, something with second level authentication was off, after several attempts I am now locked out. I suspect a Firefox setting is the problem. Suggestions on how to reset firefox?

I want to change the security rule. I have to get a code from my email in order to login to paypal. I wouldnt have any problem doing a text. Is there anything I can do?

I was just trying foolow simple instructions but my app or phone. Won’t let me read or scan codes to log in or it won’t let me click on anything in a site I can only paste it and look it up

It is becoming a serious pain in my butt that it seems every time I turn around that I have to log BACK into my mozilla account. and when I do I ALWAYS have to wait on an e-mail code. and when I get it I have to click into the field before I can paste in the code.

Are you guys going out of your way to make this a pain in my ass?

Do you have some way I can use an authenticator or Yubi key?

Do I H A V E to use 2nd factor? I have a password manager with unique strong passwords. I feel like you guys are living in the 90 when passwords was new and rotating passwords was concidered best practice.

and why is it that many websites do not function properly unless I am logged into my mozilla account? Youtube especially doesn't function right unless I am logged into Mozilla with my firefox browser. Are you guys tracking me?

all this to say please make it easier to login to my browser profile. This should not be a 12 step process.

I am a subscriber to Mozilla Relay that includes the "Phone Mask". I believe I correctly configured everything ages ago, but am feeling VERY FRUSTRATED whereby I am trying to purchase tickets for a local event and the SMS code (that expires in 15 seconds) sent to my mozilla phone mask is NOT getting to my iPhone. Isn't there an end-to-end test you all have to track down misconfigurations or other issues?

I have lost access to the primary email on the account. I have 2fa setup on the account and I have backup recovery codes. When I go to add another email it sends a code to the primary email, which has no access. Is there a way to use either 2fa or backup codes instead of the code sent to primary email?

Trying to sync Firefox to my mobile device. I get to this point where Firefox on my computer says:

Enter authentication code to continue to account settings Open your authentication app and enter the authentication code it provides.

It wants a 6 digit code. But I don't have an authentication app. How can I set one up for Firefox to sync to my mobile device?

I just added Firefox to my desktop computer, then I added it to my iPhone. I think that I may have mistakenly check the box to use WWPass Key to open the mobile app b/c now I cannot open the mobile app at all. Is there a way I can alter the way my mobile firefox app opens? Right now, I can't access it. Thanks.

Of a sudden, Moz VPN needed a log in. I managed to get in by submitting a new PW, and was sent a phonbe text for the 2nd verification. Now, I still can't log into my year old VPN account on what must be a VPN upgrade or something, without having an Authenticator App. For Windows 11? I think I may know what a key is, but all I know for certain is I'm lost an having to try to find another VPN until somebody or some AI can get me into my Mozilla VPN again. Thanks.
