Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: (VO-102) Message blocked due to spam content in the message. Please check the message and try again.

This is a request for developers.

When replying or forwarding an email and including a previous email in the reply/forward, Thunderbird automatically inserts colorful vertical lines | .

I would like to remove any type of vertical line (or carrot >) from these emails.

How do I remove any vertical lines or other notations from replies or forwards. It is all very distracting.

I hope this request can be seen by developers.

I'm on a fresh Windows and the CPU usage is waaaaay too big. When TB is out of focus, it uses about 10% of my CPU. This can go up to 15% when the window is active. It's not doing anything, not downloading or compacting or anything.

When sending mails, usually by Reply or Forward, lately I started receiving failure messages, like

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Relaying not allowed. Please use SMTP Authentication. For assistance please see https://netvision.cellcom.co.il/SMTP_Authentication or call 013 Netvision Tech Support +972-4-8560570 24hrs day: talmashkaot2013@gmail.com. Please check the message recipient "talmashkaot2013@gmail.com" and try again.

Netvision tech. support refuse to investigate the matter and suggest that I use their website e-mail (which works). I prefer using Thunderbird.

What is the solution to this the problem? Most e-mails still work...

Aloha, I have been using Thunderbird since decades. Since a few weeks (or even months) by now, it is hanging all the time. Meanwhile it is totally impossible to use it properly. Whenever I klick on something it hangs itself up and I have to wait at least a minute until I can click something else and then it hangs again.

I already tried reinstalling, but that didnt change anything. Of course I also rebooted the computer.

Why is that so and what can be done?

Hi! I'm trying to set Thunderbird as the operating system default under Win 11. I tried to follow Mozilla's instructions: 1. Open the Settings application by pressing and releasing the Windows Start button, then clicking the gear icon. 2. Click the Apps icon, then click Default Apps in the list. 3. Click the icon under the heading Email to show your choices. 4. Select Thunderbird. The trouble is that at n. 3 there is no choice. There is only 'OutlookAccounts' and this item cannot be deleted or replaced. Can you help? All the best, Robifiori

Trước đây, khi sử dụng phiên bản Firefox cũ hơn, tôi có thể bật VPN và truy cập trang web nội bộ của công ty mà không gặp vấn đề gì. Tuy nhiên, kể từ khi cập nhật lên phiên bản Firefox mới nhất, tôi không thể truy cập trang web đó nữa. Help! All my bookmarks have disappeared from the Firefox browser. I believe there has been a browser update done by Firefox. I found various ways to recover bookmarks and found a folder named 'old Firefox Data' on my desktop. But all files I try to import give me an error message stating that this file doesn't contain any bookmark data. I tried to import bookmark files and favicons.sqlite files. No luck. I now cannot access bookmarks accumulated for about 10 years. Really need to get them back into this new browser. Any advice highly appreciated.
