my password. I did it and now I have to update my various programs and apps to the new password to access my emails, but the Thunderbird mail program that runs on my smartphone (Redmi Note 13) doesn't allow me to change my password. It almost seems like I have to delete the account and add it again from scratch. Is it absolutely necessary or is there an alternative system?

I'd expect there to be some way of "only showing unread messages" (just like there is in the Desktop version of Thunderbird), but it doesn't seem to be there?

"Mark as read" is there but a bit well-hidden (swipe left either on an individual message or on a thread) but "View only unread" seems to be missing?

This is the case with both a personal Gmail account and a self-hosted IMAP account. In case it's relevant in the first case there is a "[Gmail]/Starred" subfolder but no "[Gmail]/Unread" one; in the second case the only subfolders are ones I have created myself.

No matter what I do, Thunderbird refuses to push my imap email. I keep missing several important emails. Outlook, Spark both work fine but I hate the ads. Please help me figure out what's wrong. This makes the client unusable.

my email address with BT Internet.com has failed. wording states - 'network error' and also 'connection reset'. bt have stated that the problem is with Thunderbird. can you help please.

Hi, Please, with thunderbird for Android on my Samsung s21, i would like to unify all my emails on a unic inbox Windows. I have allready check the unify fonction in the "parameters". But i don't have any result. On the my computer, everything is ok. But i don't succeed on my phone... I hope you are understanding my question cause my english is horrible. Thank's in advance. Best

Running 11.0b3 on Android 11.

When I open a message I am no longer able to click at the bottom of the message to "Download complete message". This has been happening for a couple of beta releases now. I guess that this is only a problem when using the navigation buttons but although I use gestures on my tablet, I don't like them on my phone.

Hello, Installed the thunderbird app on android, the problem is, that the attachments in incoming messages are at the bottom, and if it is the long conversation you have to scroll all the way down to see the attachment, which is very inconvenient. Is it possible to change the settings so, that the attachments be shown at the top of the messeges?

For the past 2 months I've been using this Thunderbird android app. I don't understand why I keep getting multiple mails being received in my inbox of gmail and Yahoo accounts.

I request you to kindly look into this matter.

There are certain emails that I get that in the email list display that show escaping HTML instead of data that would be human readable.

Its not all emails but it seems to be emails that maybe also have an image in the body of the email right away that is perhaps in a specific format that it happens.

I will attach screenshots. Target will be my example.

On my desktop, thunderbird does an awesome job cutting spam. While on the mobile its terrible, not just are most spam mails coming thru but some legit emails are getting flagged. Is there some way to make it mimic the desktop.

I have a Hotmail.com account, and there i have a folder created under Inbox (let's say, Receipts).

In Thunderbird for Android, in Manage Folders, i can select the Receipts folder to "Show folder", and "Show First", but in the folder tree (when i select the account), the "Inbox" folders is shown (see attached image).

In that place where it says Inbox, is there a way to see the "Receipts" folder directly?

Hello, I'm having a problem with emails on my computer and phone. Even though I have the "Don't delete messages from the server" setting, my messages aren't synchronized between my phone and computer. If a message is downloaded to my phone, it doesn't appear on my computer. What should I configure to prevent this from happening?
