Reporting a bug:

"Firefox can’t update your languages right now. Check that you are connected to the internet or try again." but - Connection is established, INDEED!

German language pack not available :( manually downloaded verisons of german Language pack are incompatible.

please fix.

Firefox iOS updated this morning to 143.1 In private browsing it’s in dark mode automatically and won’t change even if changing to light in the settings.

Any help? Steve

when we open firefox, the language comes up in Germany, it whats to know if we want to translate to English but should come up in Englisg. we went into settings and made sure it was set to English

The newest update now has numbers next to my bookmark folders telling me how many bookmarks I have. I don't need nor want this info. How do I disable this setting?

I hate more clutter with updates.

When I view an item on Ebay this weekend, the images are not selectable (ie., an item that has 5 images will only show the 1st one in the main window, with no zoom or clickability). Firefox is my default browser, version is 143.0.1 (current), Windows 64-bit, and no ad-block extension is activated for that tab. Opened same pages/items in Bing, and images were accessible and selectable.

Firefox indicated a new version was available and I installed it. After restarting the app, links will not connect and I receive this message.: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help!

Choose Restore This Tab or Restore All Crashed Tabs to reload the page/pages.

But nothing helps. I cannot reach most of the sites where I need to work.

I’m experiencing an issue where I cannot use ChatGPT-5 in Firefox. When I log in and try to select or use GPT-5, nothing loads or functions properly. Other models like GPT-3.5 work normally, but GPT-5 does not respond.

I’ve already tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and even disabling extensions — but the problem persists. Could this be a compatibility issue with Firefox? Any advice or support would be appreciated.

For some reason Firefox remembered my phone number and is now trying to use it as a login when I attempt to login or register in any service. I've checked my saved passwords and autofill data, but I cannot find it, there's only usernames and passwords, and I have no saved autofill data, no phone number. Where can I look for it to remove it?

I'm baffled by the statement of my Browser being managed by my organization since I am a single, non connected entity and have no organization, nor do I want one. I want control since I'm the one paying for it's use. Can you explain how to return control to me and only me? Thanks, KG
