After recent updates, I’ve been having issues with cookies. Whenever I open Firefox and perform a new Google search, it shows that I’m logged out and the cookie consent popup appears. I have to refresh the page for it to work properly. After refreshing, the cookies load, I’m logged in, and the popup disappears. This issue isn’t limited to Google Search—it happens on about 90% of the websites I try to access right after launching Firefox.

On the newest firefox update on Windows PC My PDF reading has been not displaying PDFs correctly on Firefox I tested on other PDF views and they work as normal (All images are normally white with black text PDFs) Sometimes it displays nothing at all (as seen in Image 1) Some pages will display correctly but the rest won't (as seen in Image 2) Some pages will display text but strangely (as seen in Image 3) It does flash white sometimes while scrolling but it still doesn't show text

High, I've used the the 'VideoDownloadHelper' for years whithout any complication. Now, the icon shows no colour anymore, even after a new installation, and so I can't download any video. Can you help me ? Kind regards Michael [edited email from community support forum]

Hi, using Mac OS. Have tried the about:config set the auto update configs to false, still it keeps prompting every day or a few hours . There is also a timer setting. They dont seem to work, and these update notifications are very irritating, keep popping up every 8 hours or so.

Not sure the necessity for these incessive updates every day or hours, it uses a lot of system resources and hdd space, can Firefox put back the option when we can just tick 'update only when we want them' , in these, no background timer required they use system resources and there are many of us do not want them.

Why is moZilla forcing me to use Google Play Store to download Firefox? I used to be able to go directly to mozilla and get it (and yes i'm talking also about the android version)

I'm running a brand new PC with Windows 11. I've installed Thunderbird 137.0.1 (64-bit). I'm a seasoned user (previously on Windows 10). If I view an attachment it will display a PDF in a new mail tab like I am used to, however when I click the Print button my printer spits out a blank page. If I save the same PDF to Windows then open the file in another program (like Chrome) then it prints there without any problem.

Firefox updated to 113.0 and moved tabs to top, above the address bar and the bookmark toolbar is now on the bottom under the address bar ... Is there an updated CSS file I can copy that will restore bookmarks toolbar above the address bar and the tabs below the address bar? So the order would be: Menu Bar, Bookmarks Toolbar, Address Bar, then Tabs Bar? This really is hard to work with. Thanks!

This latest version doesn't work properly, (unable to download videos), and i want to return to the earlier version but i don't remember what it was. How do i find out my previouse version? Only the supported mac versions are listed on the older versions download site. How can i access all firefox versions through 131,0? Today I Receive Mozilla Firefox 133(64Bit) Update. After Successful Update. My Open Tabs Are Not Loading. Also, Firefox Become Very Slow When I Surf Youtube Videos. Video Stuck But I Can Hear Audio. Taking Time To Load Videos. Its A Portable Version.

After updating Mozilla Firefox to the latest version, it changed the default language from English (US) to German (DE) although English (US) is currently selected as the default language. It will not change back to English (US)

I'm a programmer. I have my main reliable box is windows 7. I'm committed to moving main linux (mint) and Raspberry. I have my other boxes and sbc's running fine. I installed and have installed linux on a laptop and the Thunderbird running on it. I don't know but suspect that running the last version (115) that supports win 7 and it somehow has quit working. It works fine on the laptop but I'm worried that either the "upgrade sync" has somehow not recognized that it was running on the windows 7 and it bumped / prepped the windows ??? I noticed that it just started saying on the latest version that it requires windows 10. I don't want to give in and update windows. It's trash - windows 10 & 11 are crap and have become to intrusive. Help with Thunderbird on my old windows 7 please  ! ! !

Yesterday morning I opened my email only to discover that TB had been automatically updated to 115. I did not update it, and I do NOT want 115, it's miserable! How can I safely uninstall 115? TB info shows I'm "currently on the esr channel." what is that and what does it mean? Is the new 128 less awkward? that is, would it be safer to update to 128 than to uninstall 115?
