I just set up Thunderbird today with my O365 e-mail for my small business. I am able to receive e-mails correctly, but I am unable to send outbound emails. I double-checked the mail server names and the ports. Please assist.

I'm at wits end. 1. I've been using TB for a very long time. Everything was working just fine until about a month ago. Now I don't receive email and can't send email. 2. I've tried working with my server provider (they say it's a TB issue). I've tried following several old responses - but have had no luck. So... 1. Did something change? 2. What do I need to do to get things working like they did before? Thanks

I recently migrated my hosting and I deleted the accounts on my Thunderbird client to set the new ones with the correct new Hosting.

The accounts are working correctly, but everytime I open Thunderbird, it shows me a login request from the old hosting service (which by the way, there is nothing there anymore, i deleted all the accounts and data).

I already uninstalled and reinstalled mozilla and tried to "fresh start" again, but this problem doesn't seem to go away.

Help is much appreciated!

I have created two lists of email addresses to which I want to sent the same email. However I can't get the list into the address bar either To. CC or BCC. As there are some 20 addresses typing each address in the list, I had hoped that I would not have to type all of these again each time I send out an email. Any help would be most welcome.

my wfie sends me windows outlook emails with files that read .eml at the end of the attachment linux 115.0.105 and thunderbird latest, it then reads what should thunderbird do with this file? If i click open with (it defaults to kmail view (default)) if i click on the arrow down i get other, if click on other, I get: celluloid, mpv media player, libreoffice, none of which will open the attachment.

When composing a new email and using the F9 key to list addressees in the defaulted address book, this list does not contain many addresses that are contained in the "All Address Books" (Toolbar icon). The "All Address Books" contains 37 address entries whereas the defaulted address book contains 24. I noticed that the missing addressees are more recent additions.

I have previously (about 1 month ago) connected without issue to my Ionos email account. Today it will not connect. I have updated all the POP3/SMTP settings, read from the Ionos site. I have re-entered the current password too. My Gmail account downloads fine, it is just my Ionos account that will not load. I don't get an error but the last mail showing is in March (2024) and I have had hundreds since then.

I updated to 115.10.1 a few days ago and would like to roll back to what I had before.

Is there a way to do that?

And is there a file that has the version number in it? I would like to look in a system backup to find out the version number that I had last week.

Hola my support. Wenn I want to write a email, so klick on : file, new, messages, than nothing happens, the window is not actief, see the fotos. I do not know now what to do. I do get emails. Un saludo. Rene.

When I move the cursor over the bookmarks bar the Tabs bar opens and closes causing the bookmarks to move up & down and prevent the cursor from using the bookmarks bar, How can I fix that?

when opening Thunderbird it may show on the bottom left of the page that there are a number of messages to download. It will show how many messages are supposedly being downloaded yet no messages are actually downloaded?

When receiving emails they appear as normal but in the background is another email of a couple of pages which has sender and receiver details at the top then lines of letters making no sense for the rest of the message.

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?
