I keep getting this plug for Capital One shopping add-on. I keep rejecting it, but keeps coming back. I do have Capital One card - but not sure how connected those two are.

RE: After a Mac re-start; despite, having the 'Startup > Open previous windows and tabs' checked in General page; the Restore Tabs option's in both the Top Menu History, and the Top Right Button Menu > History > Mange History were all greyed out. Even the keyboard shortcut to restore all Tabs > Command-Shift-T > Failed.

This has never happened before with Re-starts.

Am I able to restore all these tabs by accessing my Firefox Profile, and what are the exact steps?

good morning , I am using a mac mini 8 gb ram and the latest ios, avg antivirus and vpn. Following the latest ios update in feb/2026 thunderbird opens then locks with a rotating color circle and force quit is needed to close it. Emails are via the imap and smtp protocols, with both not being recognised by the server. Can you help, I need access to files from thunderbird. Can this be done offline, avoiding the server problem. thank you for your help. Jeff

Dear Firefox Support Team, I am reaching out for assistance with recovering my bookmarks, which are very important to me. Recently, my laptop broke down, so I created a backup of my files and system. After purchasing a new laptop, I installed Firefox and attempted to restore my data, particularly my bookmarks and passwords. Unfortunately, during the process, I had to reset my Firefox account password because I had forgotten the original one. At the time, I did not fully realize that this would result in the loss of my synced data. I later learned that this action may have removed access to my previous settings. I checked my backup files, including the Application Support folder, but I was unable to find the necessary data to restore my bookmarks. I am certain that synchronization was enabled on my previous device, but after logging into my account on the new laptop, none of my bookmarks were restored. This situation is quite urgent for me, and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Is there any possibility that my bookmarks could still be recovered? Recently the MS Q&A site displays outrageously small text. FF is fully updated as is Sequoia. I don't have the same problem when accessing the same site in Safari. I have tries various setting combinations in FF Preferences for Zoom & Font [including Advanced] but nothing provides a remedy. I really don't want to stop using FF but this is unbearable... I spend much time in Q&A supporting MS product. The image on the left ia how FF displays the page, the image on the right is from Safari.

Mozilla has disabled the 1Password extension. I've used this version of 1Password extension for years without issue so do not share Mozilla concerns. How do I override the disabling to continue using 1Password as the risk is acceptable to me? It is more important to me to be able to use 1Passsword than Mozilla, so I'll switch to another browser if Mozilla won't let me make my own risk determination.
