Firefox password manager will not offer to generate a password if i am creating a new account on my iphone. It works fine for autofilling existing passwords. I can only do that on my Windows PC. Can the iOS version generate secure paswords? I couldn't find anything to help in an internet search.

I want to delete all the passwords I have saved on FireFox,

I have saved a lot of passwords so it is too heavy for me to delete them one by one, so please suggest some solution or something by which the entire saved passwords can be deleted at one go.

I have some personal reasons due to which I am requesting you.

It is not even giving the option to delete Saved password.

I like using fingerprint to unlock my mobile and I can manage the risks linked to the weaknesses of the method.

BUT I find very dangerous to be able to access all my passwords using my finger. My finger could be used when I am asleep for example and the person would be able to see and copy all the passwords he wants while I am sleeping. I would even not notice he copied anything when I wake up.

When I want to see a password I am proposed to use PIN AND fingerprint. So unless there is a way to disable unlocking the passwords with the fingerprint, I am forced to disable fingerprint to unlock my mobile which is annoying.

My question is -- How do I disable fingerprint for accessing my passwords without removing fingerprint globally ?

Since thete is no primary password on FF mobile Android. Other then using a global type lock on my phone, what are ways to keep my saved FF logins safe? I heard of something called lockbox or lockwise but don't see that option anywhere. Are the apps that can seamlessly work with FF?

Also is there someway to see a forum vs. being abstracted awaywith this gui? Or is there no forum access?

Whenever ZmI go 2 lookup a saved login or to enter my Android pass code 2 do the same, the keyboard to enter it refuses to show so that I can. At 1st I was using an add on keyboard called Black Red Tech from Play Store. I took that out, restarted & tried with GBoard. No change. I have restarted phone several times. Next step is uninstalling FF but I'm reluctant 2 do that. Any other ideas?? This is what the screen displays in both cases, and there is no way that talking, holding buttons or restarting seems to pop the keyboard up. This is what keyboard looks like. my usernames and passwords are not syncing....i have all my passwords and usernames saved on my pc....and I’ve synced all passwords and logins and can view them on both devices. ‘Autofill in Firefox’ and ‘Autofill in other apps’ are both on. But, when logging in to apps on the Samsung, autofill doesn’t work. Even if I fill in my email address, there is no password suggestion. Instead, a small dropdown message appears: ‘unlock Firefox’. It isn’t active, and doesn’t open anything when I tap on it. Result: I have to go looking for the passwords and fill them in manually. I hope there’s a solution. thank u in advance for your help. LL

Hi, I have a problem with remembering the login details on the account - the point is that everything works fine on the browser on the computer, while on the browser on the phone (android) it sees the login details, but after selecting it, it does not complete the login fields as if there were no such data and they are, after checking the tab "saved login details" and finding the login, I manually copy the data and paste it on the page, then I log in ok. Why does the login not work with saved logins? Has anyone had or has the same problems? P.S Synchronization is done, the browser is reinstalled, it's the same on another phone

I was going to switch from Chrome to Firefox on my iphone, but FF is telling me I need to set up Touch ID/passcode to use the saved passwords feature. I don't want to do this and don't see a way around it. Is there any option to decline this? If not, I guess I'll be stuck with Chrome for now! Couldn't find an answer to this anywhere. Would love some help.

Hi My firefox on 2 macbooks, Ipad and Iphone are all signed in and sync is on but the passwords etc don't sync. In fact, if I make any new account on one device, despite repeated syncing attempts, the passwords NEVER sync.

Hello, Setting up a new iPad and signing into Mozilla fire fox, I found myself though I see on my phone I have more than one Mozilla account. On the iPad there are several with no username and no password. This is the case for Amazon? as well. For example, Amazon, UK Amazon, Germany, Amazon it’s only Amazon? france, Amazon?, USA, etc.. each time I have to write in my email and look up my password on another device, and then ask the iPad to remember the password and the password is NEVER remembered. Sorry, I don’t know why all caps. I am hoping a synch will clear things up, but do I sing from my phone or do I sync from an old computer? If I do have several Mozilla accounts, probably because I encountered password trouble and created a new ID, there could be a great amount of Helter skelter. If I sync more than one of these to the new device, will they all remain on the device or will they be faithful to the account that I am signed in on?

How do I tell which account I am using in Mozilla fire fox

Is there a trick to get Mozilla firefox to merge with the one on my phone for example, where things seem to be pretty straightforward.

I apologize because I’m not asking a clear question. Has anybody run into a problem of having their fire fox password system absolutely non-functional, and in addition to that on an Apple device, that the iCloud Keychain doesn’t want to remember the password, either, nor do the websites want to “remember me”.

I have a new Android cellphone and my Unlock Firefox Password did not transfer to my new phone. How do I set a new Unlock Firefox Password. I'm so frustrated. Thank you for any help you can give.

As I was changing my password I believe someone else who is already hacked into my device, changed it before I could get it typed in completely. I know what I changed it to or was going to change it to but I received a notification before I completed typing it in. This is the reason I switched to the Firefox browser for the security that it has for it's accounts. Thank you in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Firefox on my desktop, laptop and iPhone. The only device on which I do not have access to my usernames and passwords to login into my online accounts is on my iPhone. And yes I have set it up correctly with the QR code etc... By reading all the messages from other users, I'd like to know if I need to ditch Firefox for good and go back to chrome. Or will someone fro Firefox come up with the fix for that glitch. Waiting for a couple days. After that, Firefox will be history for me. And oh yes, I will talk about this every chance I get while on TV.
