I synced my data today in mozilla and after that i reinstalled windows on my PC. now i installed fresh mozilla and logged in into my account but my data is not synced... i lost a lot of open tabs,bookmarks etc... what can i do? is synced version still somewhere or what? i did everything as i supposed to do but i cant see my previous open tabs and bookmarks..

Hi Yesterday I replaced my computer. I'm trying to sync my account data, but unfortunately, nothing is syncing. I have all the data selected for syncing (bookmarks, history, etc.), and the logs in about:sync-log are empty. It looks like the data from your server has been cleared. Firefox is freshly installed. Please help.

Hi, i synced everything, in your browser, checked it few times, i had all my bookmarks from chrome to firefox few months ago, reinstalled windows, downloaded firefox and connected to account its clean, no of my information is there, wtf? i forgot the password, so recovered it. Give back my data for fuck sake, or it was mistake comming from chrome to firefox?

I have a firefox account but I'm trying to move my bookmarks from one computer to the next. I created a firefox account but nothing moved. How can I get my bookmarks to another computer?

Until few days ago i could see all the opened tabs of my first phone on pc using "Tabs from other devices" option. Today i connected another phone and now i canno't see anymore tabs from my first phone. At the moment i don't have access to the first phone as i had to rapair it. Under my mozilla account i can still see my first phone connected.

I am positive that I've been signed into a Firefox browser account for the past several years (to Sync my favorites, etc.) However, my laptop recently crashed and, when I signed into my Firefox account on my new computer, the bookmarks that populated are YEARS old. I'm not sure how this happened. Can anyone help?

I've signed in and synced everything from my iphone to my windows computer. When I go to the sync tab view on my computer, it says that my iphone isn't connected. On my iphone I can see the tabs that are from my computer, though. I'm not great with technology so this may just be a simple thing that I'm missing. Would appreciate any help :)

The Firefox browser on my computer suddenly wouldn't open, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. After logging into my account, my original bookmark list disappeared. I also have Firefox on my phone, but the bookmarks won't sync to my computer. What should I do?

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

The 2-year-old support page "View synced tabs from other devices" gives 2 methods for syncing all your tabs from one Windoze FF to another. Neither one does anything at all for me now. The "right-click on the device in the sidebar" sounded SO promising, but it does not cause anything at all to happen. And checking the "sync tabs" box does indeed make them all show up in the sidebar list, but does not open anything. So besides clicking on each of the hundreds of tabs listed, how can I do this, or is it just another FF functionality lost to time?

I use firefox on 3 devices, ios, windows, and mac. I want extensions to sync across windows and mac (I know ios doesn't do that). When I first got firefox on my mac, all my windows addons synced over when I signed in but now addons that I add on my windows does not go over to my mac no matter what. I already turned addon sync on and off several times on both devices and manually hit sync multiple times on both devices as well. help?

I cleaned the AppData folder to speed up the computer, then it turned out that there were Mozilla files, which threw away all my data form browser. I synced the browser data on the phone, but it didn't transfer everything (history and login data missing). What to do to have my passwords again on the computer?

I think I did everything on the old computer, and created a recovery key. on the new computer I signed in but, the only email confirmation I received was for the old computer. Signing in from the new windows 11 computer led to being signed with windows 10 as shown under my account.
