certificate for imap <edited>@peternedsmith.co.uk is not valid, someone could be trying to impersonate the server and you should not continue, on clicking the more info, on the panel that comes up, if I click on get certificate, the selections below get greyed out and nothing happens, I have viewed the certificate, and it appears to be from the US, I have taken a screenshot of the top part of it, which is below. Would it be possible to extend the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" to not delete cookies from any domain stored in a bookmark? (I don't want to delete those as I'll get logged out/lose my preferences etc)

I successfully imported the book marks and see multiple bookmarks folders in library. At least one of them really has the bookmarks. But when I enable show bookmarks, they are nowhere to be seen

There is a way to add a folder to a Thunderbird account that combines other folders. The one I want to create would be "Inbox and Sent emails combined". I did it in the past, but I can't remember how to do it anymore. Can someone help with this? I am running Thunderbird 140.8.0esr (64-bit) on Linux Mint.

Thunderbird email send stopped working something like three weeks ago. I am using Fedora 43. What happened to cause this send problem? I had been using Thunderbird for a very long time with no problems. I am using Mozilla Thunderbird 147.0

Please remove and do not add any AI/ML features to Firefox, it's the only mainstream browser of this kind left, i was planning on buying some merch but I don't think this company deserves my money if it tries to make cash off me in an insidious way either way

I am using 147 ESR and when I go to permissions and block all cookies for the site plex.tv the cookies are not blocked. If I go to the URL field and select the lock, it shows "clear cookies and site data" which means the cookies have being accepted.

Why are the cookies accepted from the site when I have set cookies "blocked"

Popup GUI elements if pulled up twice in quick succession spike my CPU usage and crash the program

some examples: -menu bar menus -the menu button -context menus (websites with their own context menus do not do this) -preview tooltips

I've tried disabling extensions, turning hardware acceleration off and on and disabling AI to no avail. Disabling the preview tooltips 'worked' but I'd prefer not to disable everything here. Are there any other settings that might help?

I am unable to find the Archive folder. It is not listed when I right click on the account name. All of my folders are there but not the Archive. Any one know how to deal with this?

When I tried to import my OpenGPG keys from the "Select File to Import...", I found that it cannot display the hidden files or directories.

Did I miss a setting for this? What can I do to show the hidden files?

Again Firefox? Again? Third time the charm or something? Stop this ridiculous handoff from Search bar in page to URL bar for searches. It's not safe, helpful, or anything other than confusing. Give us the Option. Seriously, it is why we use FF in the first place, Despite tons of companies not supporting it well for website access. I am mad and literally after decades of use am making my first formal complaint. Fix This Please. Add a bunch of appropriate curse words here please. Thanks and keep up all the other great work.
