AT&T/Direct TV Tech Wizards tell Me that your Web Browser is too SECURE... I pay all my Bills using MOZILLA Web, never have a problem. 2 Months ago I have had problems logging on to Direct TV web site to pay my bill. They tell me its your web site... I even told them that I have no problem logging on to Government Web Sites. Can you help me?

The weather widget is set the country I am from, however I would like to actually use a different location for the weather. Is it possible to do? I tried to type in the city I want it to be set to but it only shows cities from my country.

While debugging issues related to a self-signed certificate, I came across the Certificate Manager pop-up. This can be accessed in the Settings, under Privacy & Security, by clicking on the Manage Certificates button.

The Servers tab had a button for 'Add Exception'. I tried to add an exception, but it wasn't clear how this is supposed to work. I tried entering a location in form that is shown by existing exceptions and clicking on the Get Certificate button, but this resulted in a response of "No Information Available ... Unable to obtain identification status for this site." Is there any documentation or hints on how this is supposed to work?

This has been reported to Unity.org and they can't reproduce the problem. If I open Unity.org on my phone it does the same thing. I pay to use their website and yet I can't use it in Firefox. The refresh happens every second. You have made me open a tab in "Edge"!? Do you have any idea how much I hate that!?

Thunderbird won't let me login and doesn't deliver my emails. I have reset my password and still can't get my emails. How do I get some assistance on this issue?

Somehow I ended up with a Trash folder under my Local Folders. It's not the 'real' Trash, it's just a created folder, but I can't delete it. Right click 'thinks' it's my real Trash. Can I get rid of it somehow? Not a big, deal but I'd rather it was gone.

I have a fingerprint scanner and a slot for a security key, but I have never used a security key, either in the slot or a USB plugin.

When I try to go to Gmail, I enter my gmail address, and then Firefox pops up a screen wanting me to insert my security key, and there are no buttons to change how I verify my identity.

I've hunted all around for what setting in Firefox is causing it, but no luck so far. Ideas?

It has always worked great until now, but it seems that it no longer works with Firefox 147.0.1. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Give me back my access to irccloud.com. I have been using that website for over 5 years on FireFox and then this morning you denied me access. Thanks for checking and correcting.
