There used to be a way to add a web site as a shortcut to the Home page by dragging the link and dropping it somewhere. Those instructions seem to have disappeared. One of the sites I had pinned to the Home page has changed. I can remove the old link (tile), but how do I add the new link as a tile? The help articles no longer provide any information about how to do this. Just "pinning' the page adds it to the toolbar, where I don't want it, but does not add it to the Home page. Do I have to just close and open that site a bunch of times in order to get it to appear???? There should be a more sensible way.

Running Thunderbird 136.0 (current as of 14 March 2025) on Windows 11 machine. E-mail account is hosted on office365 and has a personal (i.e., myname@mydomain.com) SMTP error " Connection to server outlook.office365.com timed out" Parameters were set per recent article on thunderbird forum for office365.

Hi, I am want to export my accounts from Thunderbird desktop so I can use them on Thunderbird for Android, but I cannot find "Export for Mobile" in the Tools menu as the instructions state (Click ≡ > Tools > Export for Mobile). I am using version 128.3.2esr What could be missing?

I recently upgraded to the latest version 132.0.2. There's a vertical sidebar on my browser that I would like to remove. I looked into the customize sidebar settings but can't seem to find a way to remove it completely. I've also attached a screenshot. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I cannot pin the extension to the toolbar. The extension is not shown in the puzzle icon dropdown, and it is not in the overflow. Please add an automatic pin to the toolbar when a new extension is added! How do I pin it now?

My Inbox I think I somehow disabled, but my SENT folder....still has them. Please help. I HATE this as a default setting that can not be turned off...Universally..(in all folders)

I would like to use a custom new tab (flowtide) not just when opening a new tab, but when opening a new window. If anybody knows how to, or it's just not possible, please let me know.

I set up an out of office filter and email template that worked fine.

Ive now deleted both the template and the filter but my email is still sending out the out of office.

  Click ≡ > Tools > Export for Mobile. 

However, I am running version 128.3.3esr (64 bits) "Nebula" and the menu "Export for Mobile" isn't available under "Tools" as mentioned in the article.

Please advise
