I had chess scores and high level thinfags i had done I wanna be able to save them even if there locked i don't give my email to just anyone because its always full but I keep scoring high close on chess and your browser keeps deleting it. Now I could do it on a normal tabe but its capped and if you cant do it I know Google has the ability I just tested it out yesterday and they have a save incognito tabs with pin options so if tou guys cant help me and give me my lost game scores and elo im deleting the app permanently today and just switching to Google, Thanks for reading Ps this happened yesterday and there was a screen lock and I chose yours because I thought it still might be easier but the screen lock went away and now I lost all of the hard work I put in thats very frustrating

I keep getting notifications, supposedly from Mozilla and/or Microsoft on lower right of my screen, telling me the system is infected. How do i determine if these messages are valid, or a scam ? Turned computer off and back on--messages keep popping up.

I had a TB crash, and clicked "OK" to submit the crash data before realizing all the "include data" options already checked.

How can I get Mozilla to remove this crash data from their site?

I have periodically popups with Firefox.

I tried to block popups with the following procedure :
   click on "parametres"
   in the left of the window, click on  "vie privée et sécurité"
   look for "permissions" 
   ask for blocking  popups

After all this, I still have popups. What should I do ? Thanks in advance Francis Prusker

Why did you guys have to go and update the privacy policy 😠 I've been going around telling everyone it's a no brainer to switch from chrome to Firefox because chrome uses your data for its own purposes, and now I have to put all that on hold until we all figure out the new scheme you're cooking.

This choice is causing you to vacate your corner of the market. On any browser ranking, and I've read several since this policy change, the benefits of Firefox are always that it's the mainstream browser with good privacy practices. That's been the only benefit of Firefox over chrome for a long time. If you want inspiration to get back on board, look at what happened to D&D when they changed their license, or Unity when they changed their license.

Don't lose out on your market share. Mozilla AI isn't worth it.

I've noticed over time Mozilla has become less focused on consumer privacy and more focused corporate interests.

My questions are to you developers of Mozilla.

Would you have reached success in the past using this model?

I've noticed a corporate trend of brands being consumer friendly in the beginning of their history then over time snubbing the customers in favor of getting paid to sell data to corporate interests, data brokers and government entities.

Should we trust you?

I've been using Firefox for almost 20 years and anyone can agree that this browser isn't getting better over time.

Can you provide a list of all the third parties you deal with selling our data?

I have a nagging feeling this isn't the browser it used to be and some of us will need to change to a less corporate focused browser to protect our data, since it seems you aren't interested in that model anymore.

Trying to use Thunderbird after break of some years and want to use Proton Mail. Every time I try to set it up I get message 'the certificate 127.0.0.1does not come from trusted source'. Previous experience of Thunderbird was that there were frequent issues like this arising.

Was it a fact or fake story that my information was sold for so much money to companies to what with it? I need the above confirmation so I don't ever attend to this trick next time.

when i download something from my mozilla private browser and close the browser, the downloaded data automatically disappear from download folder. is it a common feature.

I joined a Microsoft Teams meeting through Firefox on the web on a Linux machine. When I tried to share my entire screen, I was asked if I wanted to share the entire screen in a Firefox pop up which I said yes. Then the "you are sharing your entire screen" came up, the sharing icon was red and the "stop sharing" button was red. See attached image. This all disappeared and reverted to the default state almost instantly.

Teams has a feature to "manage what attendees see manage what attendees see" where the meeting host can preview shared content before making it live.

I am concerned that the meeting owner was able to see my entire shared screen without me even knowing it through this preview.

Can someone help? Microsoft just sends you around in circles and I can't contact Mozilla.

when i log in my mail from pc(thunderbird) it works well,it requests autodiscover request to webserver it works well,but from phone it says(Configuration found this configuration is not trusted we received the configuration for you email server over a connection that isn't as secure as we'd like. this means that these is a tiny chance that someone could have altered it. Could you please double-check the provided configuration to make sure it's as it should be?) and autodiscover request not shown on webserver. can you tell me possible causes? Thanks!
