I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WI-FI FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN TODAY WHEN I HAD SOMETHING ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF ELSEWHERE ON MY PHONE EVERYTHING FROM MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT WAS WIPED OUT AND I MEAN EVERYTHING ALL MY PASSWORDS EVERYTHING IS GONE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET ANYTHING BACK I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO REINSTALL IT, AND I HAVE NO COMPUTER THIS IS EVERYTHING TO ME I'VE BEEN WORKING ON A PROJECT FOR AGES AND I NEED IT BACK AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESTORE ANYTHING! I CAN READ YOUR PASSWORDS WHERE I HAVE TO HAVE THEM BUT I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY. I'M NOT SURE THIS IS THE CORRECT ACCOUNT THAT I USE I THINK I ALWAYS USE D.LYNNTRITCH@GMAIL.COM, AND I'VE ALWAYS USED.. GO AS AN EXTRA PREVENTATIVE ON THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT I DON'T GET SIDESWIPED BY ATTACKERS AND IT HAS WORKED BEAUTIFULLY FOR YOU YEARS NOW I DO NOT USE ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE EXCEPT MY GMAIL ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY TRACK ME EVERYWHERE AND I WON'T HAVE IT IF YOU CAN'T HELP I'M GOING TO HAVE TO QUIT IT ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER USE THESE MACHINES AND HIT ME TRACK LIKE I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME IS SO IMPORTANT PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RESTORED SOME WHAT THIS EVENING IF YOU CAN! I have logged out from some device (laptop) today. I had approx 150 tabs over there I would really like to recover. Is there any chance to get them back?

Aloha — An update to Firefox must have occurred, and I am unable to access my open tabs and bookmarks. I have had a Firefox account for 15 years at least and a lot of information was in my folders and bookmarks. Please let me know how the information can be recovered. I tried to follow several of the instructions provided and was not able to fix the issue. I have a recovery code/Mozilla key, but I am not sure where or how to use it.

I do all my work and personal stuff on Firefox so I need timely assistance to fix the problem.

I am not a tech savy person. My firefox crashed on my laptop. Now all my book marks are gone. But the book marks are there on my iPhone. Can somebody please please help me to restore?

Hi. In the process of reinstalling my laptop (W11) I synchronized my Firefox, as I have done some many times before. No, this time, it seems that all my bookmarks and passwords have disappeared from the sync service...

Is there any way to get them back, now that my laptop has been reinstalled, from scratch?

With this latest update - which I hate by the way - I LOST EVERYTHING THAT I HAD SAVED ON FIREFOX. Bookmarks, passwords, EVERYTHING is missing.

I'm beyond angry. Recreating things will take HOURS that I don't have.

If there is someway to recover what I had you can begin to get back in my good graces.
