Yesterday I got a prompt saying there was an update available for download. Today when restarting my laptop and opening Firefox ALL of my bookmarks are missing!!! My bookmark toolbar is also empty. Where did all of this important stuff go? Please help me restore this my information asap. I am freaking out!

I don't think I chose the right topic, but here goes. With every Firefox update, my bookmarks and everything always seemed to merge into the new update. My computer rebooted with updates today, and I get into Firefox to find that NONE of my bookmarks made it this time.

Everything is empty, and I don't have a backup anywhere because I didn't expect this. Yes, I know - always back up everything but honestly, I haven't had time.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Are my bookmarks hidden somewhere?

I have a lot of stuff for research for writing stored in my bookmarks, and I can't lose them.

Firefox crashed and I cannot recover my tabs from history. I click on restore all tabs and it does nothing. The tabs I was hoping to recover do not even appear in my history either.

all bookmarks have disappeared along with my passwords. how do I get them back? previous answers haven't helped. before that, I would have trouble playing video and audio together, if I turned the audio off the video would work then when I turned the audio back on the video stopped. I am about ready to delete Firefox and use another browser.

Hello, I'm a few weeks late signing back into my Mozilla account after deletion email called for the last day as June 10th. Considering I travel alot for work, I didn't sign back in until now. Firefox search was not working for some thinfs like Yahoo or google so I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it. Before that I tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone. When I reinstalled most of my bookmarks on the initial page have dissappeared. Is there a way to recover them or can someone on your end send me a list or something so I can bookmark them again manually? Please help ASAP?!

Hate the "puzzle piece." Involuntarily upgraded to 115.25.0esr and it lost all my bookmarks, addons, history. How do I know which profile was the most recent, before the update added a new profile? How do I find my addons from the previous version? history?

Hi. While clearing my browser history the other night some of my bookmarks also got deleted. I understand once browser history is deleted it cannot be recovered, but is there any way a deleted bookmark can be recovered?

How do i recover my bookmarks without having to get them all back manually? Super annoying. Btw this new browser sidebar is terrible and unnecessary please tell your boss to get rid of it

Today I tried to open Firefox, but no matter how I tried it didn't work. I uninstalled Firefox completely from my computer and reinstalled it. However, when I tried to sign in and sync my profile with all my saved passwords and history, it went to a default mode I think, and I can't see any of my saved passwords. Can you help me recover all my passwords please?
