Dear Mozilla
for over a week now all efforts to login to my Mozilla has been a time wasting effort, I have followed all the instructions including initial using the correct password, resetting and confirming my New Password; and also entering my32 character account recovery key all to no avail. At each stage the entered characters are indicated in the red box with a writing underneath that it is wrong. All the above parameters are securely stored in my computer and a notebook.
Mozilla, how are you going to solve this problem. Just as you Firefox updated you do not check well to see whether they work well or not, and you push them out to the public. Besides you also force to update my versions which I have not given you permission.

I have Firefox 146.01 on 2 windows computers (windows 10 and 11), and on a samsung android phone. I have several extensions (eg uBlock) and I use ExpressVPN.
My mozilla account has a display name and primary email which I verified, and account recovery key enabled. There's no secondary email, no two-step authentication using a third party app. I can readily log the browser back into my mozilla account by entering the password and emailed 6-digit confirmation code, but then it logs me back out within an hour. Each of my 3 devices logs me out repeatedly.

Eccentially it said why cant you make all of the security of all your apps that i use be based on me having to remeber some info that i cant. Which means i cant get in. Instead why cant all my security be based on either facial recognition or fingerbprints ?? Because If i cant remember my password then chances are i wont be able to remember the recovery info too so i am still stuck

Actual results:
