There used to be an option for a separate search window on the address bar. I found it really useful especially for a instant spell check. The option was there then after an update, it wasn't. WHY WHY WHY????? Is there any way for me to put it back? I hate using the address bar to search! Unless I open a new tab or window, regaining control of the prior tab/window is difficult.

The only two extensions that could possibly be responsible block tracking but do not say they block ad's. However, all I have to do is close the message box and all seems to work properly. Firefox used to support this feature in the past, but it was removed after the release of Firefox Daylight, which was restructured. Firefox supports opening PDF files, but it does not support opening HTML files, although opening HTML files is closer to the browser's function than opening PDF files.
