I regularly use Ebay to report scams, but last few weeks, the report and share buttons have disappeared, but still there on the Facebook browser! I've tried deleting the cookie, but hasn't made any difference! The first picture is from the Facebook browser, but the 2nd is via the Firefox browser!

Hello, I'm using Firefox on android and windows 10, and with both editions (with addons enabled or even without any activated), I can't make nintendo eshop webpage to show my login account, which is situated in the top right corner of the site. This is the only website that I know that doesn't like Firefox at all and is having problems with it. Sometimes my account appears there, but if I do something else within the site it disappears immediately. I'm logged in to the site and I can see my wishlist, but can't access the account page, because the icon menu doesn't load (see attached picture, top right corner). Because of this, I can't see the prices in my zone once I click on a game and also can't add the game to the wishlist, for this I have to use the console or another browser. Although I'm logged in to the site, because the account page is not loading, the website keeps telling me that I have to login in order to make any purchase. I've tried different methods and none worked. I want to know if there's a fix in making that menu load correctly? Thank you.

Hi, Suddenly Firefox Android can no longer open the magnet links. I can download and open the torrent with the torrent agent and I can also use the magnet links on Chrome Android, but on Firefox Android it doesn't work. I don't get any error message, it just doesn't work. I also tried Firefox Nightly, but that didn't work either. Anyone has an idea how can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

The enter apple id flashes (see attached) for 0.1 seconds and it immediately goes to forgot password. That doesnt work well either but if I change the pw, i still cant log in.

Hello. I have the most recent update for Android Firefox. Suddenly I can not watch videos because it says my JavaScript is off. I have not done anything to change any settings. And I am unable to get into "About:Config" to change anything. The version of Android Firefox is 117.0. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you so much. Using "private firefox", I was unable to sign into gmail. I got a google search screen with no option to sign into gmail. The google screen seemed to be in a larger font and simplified compared to the usual screen. I was using an andriod phone for the task. Thanks if you are able to help. p.s. I have lots of settings throughout apps/ systym set ti hogh levels of privacy and do not intend to change that, sync etc.Firefix63

Seee above. Is this issue fixable? , operator error ( I don't think so.) App compatability? An evil lurker followin/mirroring? Something else? I don't know, but suspect it may be tied somehow to "AI".

I ve two problems

1) recently i can't play videos on websites, checked i ve most updated app & no adds on & cleared my cache but the problem standstill

2) logging in some applications may require redirection to their site , despite i ve Firefox as my default browser those apps are using chrome instead of Firefox recently

Hello i have a website uses window.open(), my problem is that window.open() is working differently for the mobile version of firefox.

in my case, window.open() is only returning null even when the pop up window is successfully opened.

it is said in the documentation that when window.open() returns null, that means the window is not successfully opened.

Hi Folks: I am a Clinical Counselor who is reinstating his license and intended to use a SAMSUNG tablet as a convenient IT resource. Unfortunately the results are less than stellar so I have reverted to my DELL LATITUDE E4300 running WINDOWS 7 as my dedicated professional IT. If there had ever been issues before, I blew them off, but I am now overwhelmed by what I am running into bringing this beast into the 21st Century. Yes I have YAHOO Mail but can easily let that go if I have to in favor of GOOGLE g-mail. The two single biggest issues are that I am on FF for much time and it continually comes up un-responsive. The other issue is that I have found an incompatible program using Troubleshooting but I am unable to find-out what that incompatibility is.

My intended out-come is simply to have a FF-based system that I can depend on as it seems to me to have always been the least encumbered browser and I am not in need of much of the bells-and-whistles other folks seem to need. It would be a blessing if someone could just point me in the right direction. BTW: On the IT Competency Scale I am about a Four.....:-)

I ran into an issue with logging into the gamepass app when I had Firefox as my default. The app pulls up a Microsoft login page in a powered by Firefox window. I can get most of the way through but then it endlessly loads and eventually fails. I have this issue with other apps where I have to login with the popup browser window. Using other browsers like chrome have no problem. This is on my Samsung zflip 5. Is this normal for Samsung? I only just switched from a Pixel.

It's difficult to navigate the website because the last link opens the privacy policy page rather than moving on as it should. The identical webpage functions well in other Android browsers.

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. YES, MY SECURITY CERTIFICATE IS PAID UP AND ACTIVE.

in this case, when I try to open ao3 from gmail links, the website just gets stuck loading (the lock symbol also has a slash across it). i try to open link in Firefox but same problem. (im on mobile btw)

i can access the same webpage just fine if i find it by searching manually in Firefox though

other website links work fine, and this problem only started maybe a few days ago

Hello So the problem basically is that we run the institute system in our devices which basically a website containing all the clients data(I use s6 lite tablet), when I run the system everything is fine except that there is an option where you click the CPR of the client to look into their details, when I click it an empty page with [objectObject] appears. Considering the fact that I just installed it yesterday so no extensions, and initial settings were not changed. I would be thankful If I can get some help.

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse
