IF I CANNOT GET BACK INTO MY FIREFOX AND/OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT I CANNOT GET MY EMAILS TO SYNC. How does someone get ACCOUNT HELP? I'll pay for the blasted help if just to get my emails out of FIREFOX? Such BAD customer service -- oh yeah, we aren't CUSTOMERS cause Firefox is FREE. Right now that is EXACTLY WHAT FIREFOX and MOZILLA are worth -- NOTHING, NADA, ZERO, TRASH! And now it will cost me $$$$$ to get my computer completely reset to eliminate ALL TRACES OF FIREFOX!!!

How do I actually get help with my account? I cannot access it because the account has the WRONG EMAIL address mixed up with the WRONG PASSWORDS. The account MESS is preventing me from using SYNC creating my emails USELESS!!! There must be someone, somewhere, who can tell me how to get specific help with MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT. It is messed up so badly I am going have to throw this computer out and start all over -- but then I have to use either some bogus email address that I DO NOT WANT TO USE. My accounts were set up decades ago -- very soon after FIREFOX was offered. BUT JUST BECAUSE WE ARE OLD, ACCOUNTS ARE OLD, WHY does Firefox IGNORE problems with BASIC ACCOUNT PROBLEMS! I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS! FIREFOX SUCKS!!!!!!! no such thing as support. When I attempted to ask "How to contact Firefox ACCOUNT HELP", the stupid answer was older than my car, my house, but I am older than dirt so it was NOT that old. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I will get rid of ALL GOOGLE, MOZILLA, AND NORTON cause you all have NO RESPECT for your users -- not customers cause we are NOT CONSIDERED SUCH -- FIREFOX IS FREE. Hahaha Dr T. H. Is there some way to recommend an extension that's available in the Chrome Web Store but not available for Firefox? It's the only one I've found anywhere that does this, particular job.

Beanote will allow a sticky note to be made *anywhere* on a web page -- not in a sidebar -- and it will stay right where you want it. Or you can move it. Also, if there are tabs within a portion of that webpage, it will bleed through transparently to all of them. If you want to add it to another of these tabs, you just click on it and you can move it anywhere you'd like; again, it will stay there.

In our organization, we enforce through group policy to clear cookies and site data each time the browser is closed. I see there's an exception list to define certain sites that it will not clear cookies or site data. Where in group policy can this exception be set.

Graphics card on old Win7 computer running Firefox died. Unable to render image to screen. Setting up brand new Win10 system and downloaded virgin current Firefox. Have hard drive from old system set up as an external device drive and want to migrate years of bookmarks from old Win7 system on external drive to new Win10 system. Can you please assist?

Prior to updating to Firefox 111.0.1, I had NO issues going to chase.com. Now, it no longer works in Firefox. It does work in Chrome browser. When I go to chase.com, I get the below error message. I'm using a FF private window with no extensions. Yes, I cleared cache and cookies.

On many sites, various elements are in a strange font, that I think is "Impact." I have tried a couple things to fix this, but I have not got anything to work. I have noticed that this is only an issue for some elements on every site, and not every single element on every site. My best fix has been to use a "Font Changer" add-on that changes the font of the site back to something readable, but this tends not to work on many embedded webpages and things like that. I am very unsure of what is causing this, or where this font even came from. I have attached an image of a random eBay page where the issue is particularly prevalent, but this happens on most sites.

I am trying to access different audio tracks in a video on Firefox, but I am having issues. In order to have the media track button visible in the media player, I enabled media.track.enabled in about:config. However, clicking the button does not reveal a dropdown menu with the different audio tracks like it happens in Chrome. Attached follows a screenshot to illustrate the audio track button I am referencing (headphones icon). Is there another setting I can enable to allow the dropdown to show the tracks?

visiting uk.yahoo.com always gives me problems.

1) Page never fully loads 2) Some images missing 3) Links of the stories will not open 4) Unable to open mail link

This only happens with Firefox, other browsers no issue

Trying to create new "list" in my Twitter account. First click in the Twitter procedure brings up a Firefox box <Continue to Firefox accounts>. How can I get rid of this and continue with the Twitter procedure? Thanks in advance.

Up until 2 or 3 weeks ago, I was able to log in. Now I Get "Access Denied". I've tried granting all permissions, cancelling vpn. I can log in if I use Chrome. FRUSTRATING. I like Firefox...

I can no longer scroll pages on this website. This is a recent change, not sure whether it's tied to a Firefox release or they changed their website....

Scrolling still works on Chrome.

scroll bars cover website-widgets (check boxes) (110.0.1 64-Bit)!! e.g., when trying to activate a checkbox at the right edge (Amazon, marking an item to cancel an order) that is not possible because the firefox scrollbar (right side) covers the Amazon checkbox, so it is impossible to mark it, and so the order cannot be cancelled!

This is an unacceptable malfunction!!

(OTOH, on MSEdge, the scrollbar sits to the right of the checkboxes without ever covering them, so it's obvious that this is specific Firefox malfunction!!!)

I have set an google meet with my friends. we were hearing each other very well but when we start to share our screen for example an video from YouTube they can't hear the video's audio. I have checked my microphone during the screen sharing it was on. But still they couldn't hear the audio of the video. During the share screen they heard my voice but they didn't heard the audio of the video. We tried on Google Chrome everything worked very well then we turned back to Mozilla same issue happened again. I don't want to use again Google Chrome so please help me with this issue. Long story short; On a Meet they can hear my voice on microphone, but when i share my screen they can't hear the audio from a YouTube video but they can still hear my voice. Please help ASAP!
