When I try to do this, a dialogue box appears asking me to confirm.

Is it possible to do this, and how would I go about it?

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

Using TB version 102.10.1. Been recently getting messages from three different senders that I wish to delete before they hit my inbox. I read the help article at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/blocking-sender and followed the directions to set up a Block List filter, adding the senders to it. It seems to work automatically for two of the senders but not the other...I have to manually run the filter to make it work. Seems kinda pointless when, if it hits my inbox, I can just delete it anyway. Any ideas why it is still getting through the filter and how to fix it? See screenshots attached.

In the junk settings the “enable adaptive junk mail controls for this account” box is unchecked. But still some important emails continue being blocked and they do not appear in the trash folder. Is there another way I can prevent TB from regulating my email? I appreciate any help with this.

I have used Thunderbird for MANY years, so I'm not new to it. When using address book I want to be able to select multiple non-contiguous addresses and send email to those addresses only. No matter which of the hints I try in your new instructions, I cannot get this to work. I select one address, press the appropriate key to select the next one, but then first one de-selects. I have spent LITERALLY hours experimenting in an attempt to get this feature to work.

It doesn't work on my iMac or my MacBook Pro, both of which are using the latest Mac OS and the latest Thunderbird release.

Desktop running Windows 10, 64 bit installation. Recently after power cycling my PC both Firefox Version 113.0.2 and Thunderbird Version 102.11.2 when launched, indicate that they have never been set up. Each programs respective Profile "????????.default" directory contain an additional file named "Invalidprefs.js". Each time this occurs, I can resolve it by erasing the entire contents of the "????????.default" directory and copy the entire contents of a good profile directory from an earlier backup. This issue started happening around the second week of May. I have been using both Firefox and Thunderbird for about 20 years and never had an issue. It appears to be related to the recent updates that where released.

I have had Firefox Version 113.0.2 running on my laptop which has Windows 11, 64 bit without issue. I installed Thunderbird Version 102.11.2 onto this laptop to see if it had the same issue as the Windows 10 desktop system. So far it works just fine.

Please let me know if you need additional information. I do not want want to run Thunderbird on my laptop permanently. I have considered downgrading Firefox to Version 112.0.2 and Thunderbird to 102.10.1 on the desktop. Rather not go though the extra work to downgrade if I don't have to.

I hope there is one kind soul out there that are able to help me resolve this issue for a user in my organization. This is the last resort as I've been doing quiet a lot of testing to get this sorted out.

Case: - Using Outlook 365 - Have successfully added the e-mail to Thunderbird through IMAP settings - I can successfully send and receive e-mail on both desktop and mobile (using Spark on iOS)

Problem: - When I send an e-mail on desktop, it is added to "Sent" folder on mobile. - HOWEVER, the issue is when sending an e-mail from Spark (iOS), it is not seen on the "Sent" folder on desktop where Thunderbird is used. What could be the cause of this happening?

What I've tried: - Testing a lot of different settings. This is the only settings where we can both send and receive e-mail on: IMAP: outlook.office365.com / SSL TLS / OAuth2 / Port 993. SMTP: smtp.office365.com / Port 587 / OAuth2 / STARTTLS - Removing and adding account more than 10+ times - Made sure, under "Synchronization and Storage" in TB, that the top checkbox is checked (Keep all messages in all folders for this account on this computer)

I might also tell you that syncing works perfectly for everyone else, however, they are using Outlook on both mobile and desktop and using the office 365 login option. Which Thunderbird does not have.

Anyone have any ideas on what I could test or try in order for iOS and Thunderbird to sync sent msgs properly? That is, sending emails from Spark on iPhone and getting them to the Sent folder in Thunderbird on desktop.

TB has been extremely finicky the past few days with send and receive. The biggest issue is that the Get Messages / Get All New Messages stops responding altogether - it works fine, and then suddenly nothing except (sometimes) the word "null" next to the online icon at the bottom left, and a pulsating blue progress bar in the Activity Manager area, that disappears after a moment.

A few times I have been able to "fix" it by going to Server Settings and changing Connection Security to None temporarily, but this doesn't work every time.

Another "solution" is to change the password on the mail server, which prompts TB to demand the PW. This is not a good solution, as the password must then be changed on any/every other device that connects to the mail server, and then the problem repeats after some period.

Other times, and per a suggestion on another thread with a similar subject line, clicking on the "go offline" icon at the bottom, generates a prompt to download emails before going offline, and this seems to cause a demand for password, which allows emails to be downloaded, but this also seems like a band-aid. What is going on here? Windows 10 64 Bit TB 102.11.0 (64-bit)

My Linux/Computer guru passed away 5 years ago I have been using Firefox Quantum 57. 0.4 64 bit for Linux Mint 1.0 but am finding sites I need to access won't open or if they open can't use the functions there. I know nothing about computers and I have not been able to find a tech to take my desktop to to get it updated. I am afraid to update because computer is currently set up with protections so I can do banking etc.. but soon I won't be able to access that. When I open emails many times the letters are gibberish. The letters are changed into symbols and weird looking letters. Sometimes closing Firefox and reopening helps, but usually I have to restart my computer. Even then, it may or may not be readable. Some emails are only partially this way, but most are complete gibberish. Has been happening for a few months. I have updated Firefox and am running the newest update. I am using Microsoft 365 email. Other computers in the same office do not have this issue. Any ideas how to fix this?
