Since a couple of days I have a problem with Thunderbird. I can send normal emails without attachments and I have no problem, but when I attach, it keeps loading in 12%, as if it was checking the files, and from there it doesn't go beyond that until it gives a timeout error. I have tried with another email client and it has worked without problem from the same computer. I have paused the antivirus protection in case that was the problem, but it hasn't been the case.
Can I integrate the in my vb program? Can I control tb form another program?

I am not receiving all emails sent to me. I am trying to get support for a problem logging in to one of my accounts, they send me emails but I never receive them. Not in Inbox or Spam or Suspect. Sending email address is not blocked. I can receive emails from their Level 1 support but not from Level 2.
Also I sent an email from a gmail account & never received it.
On my desktop app I also don't get my most recent emails unless I close Thunderbird & restart it.
When it restarts it displays: No message found then latest messages are displayed. This started about a week ago.

So, all of a sudden my incoming emails went directly to the "Junk" folder for no apparent reason. When I go to the Junk folder to view my emails, they don't show up in the right viewing column.
And when I try to send them back to my "Inbox," they don't go there and I have no idea where they go. I can't see them anywhere. I've checked my outgoing settings and they're where they are supposed to be....as well as my incoming server settings. They are where they should be. I use Comcast, and have checked with them, and those settings are correct
So at this point I have no idea what to do, and obviously need help from someone much more knowledgeable then me! Hopefully I've explained the issue clearly, and have made it easier for those of you out there. I'm not a computer dummy....but this has be quite baffled, as it came on suddenly, and had weird characteristics.

I am having a problem with receiving emails that are someone replying to an email I sent. I don't hear back from them and when I give them a call to see why they haven't responded they say, yes they have. So I go and type their name in the search bar at the very top and it shows me their responses and says that the email is in my inbox but it isn't! How do I figure out where these emails actually are and how can I get it to stop doing this?

Previously I would have an INBOX tab open and several pdf documents from attachments open using the inbuilt viewer.
After closing Thunderbird and restarting it at a later time my tabs would load the open pdf attachments.
Now it still has the tab open but isn't able to load the pdf attatchment. I get the message below:

Hello, My TB account is setup properly and I am getting mails from my gmail account. But when I compose mail on my TB account I am not prompted for any address completion while composing the e-mail. On Thunderbird and my web gmail there are many e-mail ids in the inbox.
How do I make TB so that it prompts me with these e-mail ids which are in Inbox when I compose mail?

Hi. For a long time, I've noticed that emails I send from home are sent, but those I try to send with the same settings do not get sent when connected to the Internet in 4 out of 4 cafes. My ISP, Zen, hasn't been able to explain why. I've tested whether Google VPN blocks it somehow, and it doesn't. I normally use Thunderbird. Today, I found that, in the same cafe, messages I tried to send using Thunderbird failed to send, whereas there was no problem with GMail, Proton Mail or Outlook. Any suggestions?

The ability to insert and resize images in-line with email text is a major function in my use of email. There have been at least two add-ons that smoothly and efficiently accomplished this task in previous versions of Thunderbird, the most recent being 'Shrunked Image Resizer'. Both those add-ons became unavailable due to updates to T-bird. Please Please allow compatibility with an add-on that does this. It is a make-or-break issue for me. Thank you.
