On many of the sites that require hardware key for 2FA, what I should get is a prompt to press the Yubikey button, but instead I get a technical error. This has happened with logging into Google and Vanguard. Both use Yubikey as a 2FA.

I did not encountered this issue on Micrsoft Edge. I am running this on Windows 11 24H2. I believe it used to work.

Last night I updated my iPhone 11 Pro to iOS 26.1

Since the upgrade I'm unable to have Firefox play audio for a music stream I listen to when the phone goes to sleep/lock or if I use the app switcher to switch to another app, like Maps.

This wasn't happening yesterday when I was using my phone and listening to the same audio stream in my car with Maps open for navigation.

When i try to fullscreen youtube, there is a transparent border on the left and top of the window that will not go away normally. The only temporary fix I found was pressing win+d twice to get rid of it. This seems to be a reoccurring issue as this only happens on firefox and nothing else. Please let me know how to fix this permanently. I have also tried firefox safe mode and that curiously didnt have borders but even when i went out of safe mode and disabled all my extensions and cleared my cache, it didnt work.

New laptop Win11.

Thunderbird installed and running, two differing ISP EMail addresses working.

Third address of four (fourth not yet tried) will not set, claims wrong user name/password.

This Email address (Sky as in Yahoo!) works perfectly on two other laptops under Outlook, it also works perfectly online from browser. So username/password is correct beyond doubt.

Possible complication (?) being while a Sky account address, login user name is an EMail for a different ISP's address. Did not have to do anything diff to basic login elsewhere though.

Ideas please?

After opening Facebook in the firefox browser for android, I am not able to comment on any Facebook post. The keyboard is not stable. Please fix this. And when I download any big file, it fails after half the download. This process happens again and again. Please fix this. Thank you.

Dear friends, This is another question of the type "it has stopped to work after years of perfect service". I do: Tools/Message filters/. The filters are for me (only user). The "Enabled filters" drop-down list shows 238 items with virtually everyone enabled. Then I select folder to be filtered in the input window at the bottom; my "Sent" folder. Then, when I click the button "Run Now", nothing, absolutely nothing, happens. Normally Thunderbird lists messages like "Moved x mails from Sent to folder Y" .

Thunderbird 144.0.1 (64-bit) under Windows 10 which was first removed whereupon it was downloaded and reinstalled.

Hopefully someone has a suggestion where I can check for the cause of this error? Ch

I am getting consistent issues with Firefox where the tabs seemingly just crash with no rhyme or reason to them. Could be within a few seconds, could be after a few minutes. Doesn't seem to be one website causing it either as I was worried it was Twitch but I get issues browsing other places too. Any help would be appreciated!

Recently, I re-format my old Chromebook, then found that Firefox web browser is no longer available in Google Play(10 months ago still OK).

Also, can't install the APK in the Chromebook directly, after followed some methods via YouTube.

We would like to appeal Mozilla team, if possible, Firefox is highly available in Google Play, even the old Chromebook, PC or Android system.

After performing the most recent Firefox update, I was greeted with the "create a new profile prompt", rather than having it open my old one. When going to "about:profiles", ALL FILES in the Root Directory of my old, default profile have the same date as the update, or after. Not a single file is older than that and all my history and bookmarks are gone. The option "Restore Previous Session" was not shown after the update.

PLEASE HELP!!

PS: This happened on a Macbook Pro. All other profiles are the same as they were before the update, having kept all history and bookmarks.

So many emails require me to scroll to the right to finish reading one line, back to the left for the next, etc. They hurt my head, they take fireever to read, and they hurt my right arm too. Thunderbird used to have an option to wrap messages, but it looks like it was deleted.

I tried adding the following tom my user css:

1. messagepane {

   margin-left: 45pt !important;
   max-width: 900px !important;
   margin-right: 45pt !important;

}

The margin-left works. It gives a spacer between the message pane and the folder list.

The max-width and margin-right don't work. The messages still require horizontal scrolling, and the scrollbar shifts left, right up against the text, so it doesn't give the needed spacer.

I use the spacers to avoid the parallax-induced migraines.

It looks like with this new version of Firefox I have to load my saved password file every time I start the browser, and even after doing the reload some of the passwords don't work forcing me to change them, and I would have to do another password save, but if I forget to do it and close the browser all the passwords are delete. I did not have this problem prior to this new install.

Also I prefer to use Firefox as a browser I feel it is way better than Edge and Chrome even though it doesn't work one a two websites I need to use. one only works on chrome the other only works on edge.

I see no x on tabs to close; I see no "close tab" option in the menu when I right-click on a tab; I see no close tab option in main menu.

1. How do I get the close tab button to show on a tab?

2. How do I close all tabs?

3. Where do I find a close tab command on menu?

4. How can I get to automatically close all tabs on closing?

5. Are there other ways of closing a tab?

THE ABOVE ERROR MESSAGE HAS PREVENTED ME FROM ACCESSING 3 WEBSITES - PaddyPower, Ladbrokes, & UK National Lottery. None of the suggested remedies has had any effect. Can you fix it?
