Hello, I went to the add-ons website via my iPad and I’m being told to update fire fox but there is no update to be updated to what am I to do? Please look at the attached image and you’ll see a message at the top tells me I need to update the browser so I tap the link and it takes me to the Apple App Store and like I said there is no update there’s definitely an issue here! What do I do!

I would like to install Firefox or Firefox Focus on an iPad mini 2 which is stuck on iOS 12, but these apps require iOS 13. This seems a bit of a constraint, given than iOS 12 is not that old. It would be great to have a wider range of iOS versions supported by FIrefox, but if this is not technically possible, it would be nice to at least leave older versions available in the AppStore. That's how I could install Youtube for example: I couldn't install the latest version, but the AppStore let me install an older version still available for my iOS version.

I don't know how to route this request directly to Firefox developers (I didn't see any "Feddback" menu), but if this message reaches some developers, thanks in advance for considering this request.

I have downloaded this and updated it this person has been able to use my code to remove email accounts add shortcuts and a second account has put locks on drives and everything what can I do

I just updated Firefox today 12-09-2021. When I opened the app, I could not search, add a .com website nor could I change tabs. When I do open the app, sometimes it would take a long time to load. I turned off the WiFi and use the carrier, same thing happens.

I looked at the community knowledge base and found nothing related.

Any help will be great. I had to go back to safari grrrr. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14.6. This Firefox update is version 40.

I have both iOS and Android phones. And I recently made the switch to full on use Firefox and I love it.

But I can’t help to notice that the iOS version lacks behind in so many levels compared to the Android counterpart.

Does anyone know if the features and customization of the Android version are going to be implemented in iOS as well some time down the timeline?

I have signed up and paid for the VON client a week ago but didn’t get the follow up email nor see it under my account settings / subscriptions. I need somebody to activate my VPN client! Thank you

I am using Firefox version 90 on a mac. Every time I start Firefox It asks me 1) is I want Firefox as my default browser, 2) Ask to import my book marks from Safari, 3) ask about my theme colors. My original Firefox bookmarks are gone. Where did my original bookmarks end up? How do I get out of this new to Firefox startup loop? Steve

Apple won't 'sell' the Firefox supposedly free iOS app to install. They even try to hide it (you have to search for it at their App store). They have the same sign day after day (no sales of it today, yet other apps are available). They say it only works for iOS 11.4 but you say it works for iOS 10.3 Why can't you give it to us? It seems Apple is nasty on purpose -- that is why so many of my friends now have switched to Android phones. Is their any way to get the App directly from Firefox?
