When attempting to login to Firefox on a new-to-me iPad, the QR pairing to desktop method fails. When I try to login using email, it fails before taking me to the password entry page. It says "unexpected error".

I'm not using a VPN.

I'm using mac OS 15.7.5 and iOS 12.5.8.

I have pairing on my iPhone and it works well.

I am having trouble logging in to my Firefox account. When I try to sign in, it does not work. I have already tried resetting my password, but the issue remains.

I changed my password, and now when I try to sign-in to my account on the Android app, I keep getting unexpected error message with both password sign-in and qr sign-in.

I changed ma mozilla acc password and when i try to log in with new password on mobile "unknown error" occur. I can login on desktop with same password just fine. What to do?

We have an issue : we reinstalled windows 11 on a machine and thereby lost the account login used to sync Firefox. No way to recover it (we went as far fas as using file recovery tools but no luck).

Is there a way to recover only the account login ? No need for the password. I could provide the IP of the computer in question (it is a professional IP, not shared).

When I open the Mozilla VPN window I am met with the "Get Started" page. I click the "Get Started" button and sign in. When I get to the "Signed in successfully!" page, it tells me to open the Mozilla VPN window again (it does this for me) and to turn it on and all that. However, when the window is opened again, I am met with the same "Get Started" page from the beginning, leaving me in the endless loop of logging in. I am running a fully updated Windows 11. Could it be an extension I have?

I am trying to setup a new phone to use the same account as an older one. I would like to be able to use either of them interchangeably. When I go to accounts.firefox.com aon the new phone and put in my email and password, the result is "incorrect password". I have checked, double-checked and triple-checked the details and they are correct. Old phone is a Pixel 7 pro and new one is Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Hi! I just did a clean Win 11 reinstallation on my laptop and must download all my accounts again, including Firefox. I can't remember my username. Evidently it isn't my e-mail address or my first and last name. Do you know if there's a way to either retrieve it or create a new username on the website? Thanks in advance!
