Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? Since update to version 145.0 I cannot send messages, when sending I get this message "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <*******@shaw.ca> sender rejected AUP#POL. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again". Nothing has changed with account settings. Same problem on another machine that updated to 145.0. Any ideas what is broken?

Hi, Since the last update for Mozilla on the laptop (updated on 6/Oct/2025 - version 143.0.4 (64-bit)), all the shortcuts to websites in Firefox homepage I had pinned have disappeared. Also I can't add new shortcuts. I already have shortcuts enabled in Settings>Home>Firefox Home Content>Shortcuts.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.
In attachement: yandex/google and default image i was trying to upload.

This is not the first time you have sent an email to me indicating I should "View all sites where your info is exposed", and each time I receive your emails the sites you suggest are sites I have never seen before, let alone logged into with a password.
I use a Password Organizer Book, with all of my logins and passwords for each site I use. I do not use a password app, and have NEVER used a password app. Each time I go to the website you suggest, It's always a site I have never seen before so it would be impossible to login and change the password. I always check my Password Organizer Book to make sure.
I don't know what you want me to do since I cannot login to the website you are suggesting. Is there action I should be taking? I don't know what it would be, but if you know please let me know.

Hello,
I am experiencing an unwanted UI behavior in Firefox. When I select text on any webpage, Firefox displays a floating “Ask ChatGPT” bubble above the selected text. This happens regardless of the site. I want to disable this feature, but Firefox provides no setting or preference to do so.
This is not caused by any extension. I verified this by checking about:addons, and I only have the following extensions installed:
DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials
Firefox Translations
Gibiru for Firefox
None of them inject any ChatGPT functionality.
I then opened about:config to disable the feature, but the usual preferences do not exist on my system. Keys such as:
ui.textSelectEnabled
browser.selection.menu.enabled
browser.ml.chat.enabled
browser.ml.chat.openai.enabled
browser.ml.enabled
are missing, and Firefox only shows the “add new preference” (+) icon. That means Firefox did not expose any toggles for this behavior.
I am including a screenshot showing the unwanted “Ask ChatGPT” popup that appears when selecting text.
I need instructions on how to permanently disable this text-selection popup, or confirmation on whether this is part of a controlled rollout or experiment that cannot be disabled on my version of Firefox.

Getting a new computer. have done sync on old one. when I get new one and add firefox, do I just login and do sync on it or do I have to have both running?
