This happens with both HD and lower quality videos. I've already tried clearing cache and disabling extensions, but the issue persists. Please help me fix this.

I can't open Firefox at all, so I downloaded Firefox again, before I got your message. The Crash ID: bp-958359b9-d3d4-4cba-aa19-4dcbc0260313

That is the only one, not five crash ID's. I couldn't open Firefox to find an omni.ja file.

how can I cancel my monthly donation to Thunderbird? For the past few months, whenever I use Firefox, I get multiple messages about viruses. I never use thunderbird. I just want to stop the $3 monthly donation throgh Paypal.

There appears to be more details in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2014390 located at the bottom. When I try to view the details it asks me to log in. I do not see any reason I should have to log in to view the issue as I only intend to view the bug. Why does it require a login ?

This is the most annoying behavior. For the most time I would like to use panel once or twice a day to ask some question to continue on conversation in some chat but whenever I close the AI chat-bot panel it resets its context and throws me onto the default page of the provider of my choosing. I have to click my way into the proper chat every time. Could a chat-bot panel keep its context or keep it session at the place where I left it?
