After click, Ask a question, a banner pops up saying my post is awaiting approval by a moderator. Why? What did I do or say that appeared so negative as to require approval first? IMO, it takes time for a Mod to mod it. Then it goes out for some people to see. It's not good for business if there is no wait time, and it a waste of time, if the problem asked, has a answer in a holding pattern, that goes in to a holding pattern again if/when the Post is permitted. Very odd..

My late husband's oid Mac Mini crashed during a power outage. Firefox is fine but TB says that the inbox is being used by another something and to wait to use it. I can't open it. I keep this computer active because his artworks and videos are on it. And I feel that he is still here if his computer is. You can also reach me at [edited email from community support forum]. I noticed that the World Clock widget includes Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) but does not provide an option for Indian Standard Time (IST). This is surprising given that India has one of the world's largest internet user bases and a significantly larger population than many countries currently represented.

India operates on a unique UTC+5:30 time zone used by over 1.4 billion people, making it one of the most widely used time zones globally. The absence of IST while neighbouring time zones are available feels like a major oversight and reduces the usefulness of the widget for Indian users and anyone who regularly works with Indian colleagues, clients, friends, or family.

Please add Indian Standard Time (IST) to the World Clock widget as a standard option. Its inclusion would greatly improve the widgets global coverage and usability.

I had to turn off Norton VPN to use Thunderbird as my email client for the Comcast email service. Is there any strategy to allow Thunderbird to work through a VPN? I use the POP protocol and keep all saved messages (hundreds) on my PC, not on the email server.

Hello everyone, I am noticing a strange visual issue since today on my Android device. There is a persistent thick purple outline around the last active tab in the normal tab overview/tray.

    • • What I have tried so far (none of it worked):**It looks like a keyboard/accessibility selection focus ring that gets stuck on the active tab tray element and ignores the theme engine.

Is anyone else on Android 16 or Version 151 experiencing this UI bug? Any known workarounds to force-disable this outline? Thanks!

I have been using this system since 2008 through a company called Bluewave. They are shutting down at the end of May and I need full service for everything but main email. I need to talk (like on the phone) to someone who can help me in some way. I am not computer savvy so please have someone patient. To install a Windows 10 update (I'm on extended support) I told it to update & shutdown. I fired it up this morning and Thunderbird is asking for credentials. It usually just runs & downloads emails. I enter my password, then a code from authenticator app. It shows the page below in an embedded browser window that has a checkbox and an "Agree" button. I check the box but the Agree button is still disabled. Dead end. I cannot connect & I'm stuck.

Hi there. I'm looking for a shortcut that takes me from the folderlist pane to the message pane and the first new message, when I'm on the inbox folder. The tab is not good. It moves between to many fields/options.

I find the new split view feature to be great, however I do find some basic keyboard shortcuts missing.

Things like: Focusing the other view Closing a view Splitting

Would be great to have these basic ones.

Within my Outlook.com email account i have an archive folder with 36 sub folders.

In the Thunderbird app for Android only 2 of these sub folders are visible.

I cannot find any setting that to resolve this issue

The qr code displayed in the account transfer email from thunderbird is bigger than my pc screen. Snapping a picture with phone camera not possible. I employ visual accessibilities on pc as I am elderly and have tried to get emails to appear smaller. Cannot get entire qr image on screen.

I closed 1 tab on my phone through the desktop synced tabs. Since then, Firefox has been continously sending me notifications about the tab being closed. I've clicked on the notification to open the app, but I still keep getting this.
