Hello; Windows 10 & current version of Thunderbird. I am trying to add Messages Filters to filter out spam (getting more and more of that!) but the "OK" button on the add message filter is below the bottom of the screen. The window cannot be raised or resized to make the button visible. Photo below. Moving window does not allow me to raise window above top of screen. Keyboard (Alt-Enter) / Move will not work. Changed windows screen size just makes window larger but button still below bottom of screen.

Non-functional work around. Highlight Message name. Press Shift-Tab TWICE. Press ENTER. UGLY!

I'm trying to make contact with Chihuahua Universe, breeder of a puppy that I'm trying to purchase. But, there is no access to message her, about wot to do next. She mentioned you were making updates to your site & to try again. I have tried several times now!! Please could you help me with this matter, as I'm finding the whole thing extremely frustrating. I don't think that your site is very navigable, I have tried several different ways of finding information I require!!!!!!

Since the last update, my bookmarks sidebar does not open automatically when I open Firefox. A minor annoyance, perhaps, but an annoyance nonetheless, especially since it used to work until Firefox monkeyed around with it unnecessarily.

Every help I've found gives the same answer: Make sure the Bookmarks Toolbar is checked "Always Show." Well, it is checked, it was never unchecked, except that I tried unchecking and rechecking it in the vain hope that it would jumpstart something.

Is there any way to fix this? Or is it cursed forever?

Trying on here, as I suspect the android forum gets little attention.

I can send email with TB for Android over the Internet from home, but not over the Internet in 4 out of 4 cafes. it's not due to a VPN. It only happens eith Thunderbird, not Gmail or Outlook.

Something like this question has been asked so many times, searching for other's answers has become useless. The answers vary over the years and Thunderbird version numbers, not to mention that I can't even find documentation from Mozilla on this topic (official method of changing font size for average user; official list of css keywords, their format, and examples of use; etc.).

I am trying to increase the size of the Thunderbird fonts—not the ones used to display an email, but the ones used to show my list of accounts, mailboxes, and folders and the list of emails I have received (Table View, not Card View). For what its worth, I've already changed the font magnification to 1.5x.

I set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true, and created a chrome folder in my profile directory. In it I put this userChrome.css:

However, restarting Thunderbird (multiple times with various font sizes) shows no changes. What do I do to change my font sizes? (The average user shouldn't even need to know about profiles or style sheets!)

F12 opens the inspector - How to change th eshortcut of remove it completely

F12 is near the backspace key on my asus laptop and I keep accidently hitting it and would like to remove this fuctionality. I can just use ctrl shift c if I need it

My sanity is at stake here!

1st I am 90 yrs old. Been using this app since it was created. Never a problem until these new updates.

Was trying to delete old file (like the old program (block and hit delete). Found some message about deleting Trash folder and things I did not and do not understand. I now have LOST all my data, emails, addresses, everything.

I tried deleting the program and downloading a new copy. Did not work.

App Will not let me create an account. It keeps searching forever and have to cancel. App can't find my google password and just locks up. I only have two gmail addresses. I can access them by going to gmail.com but all my folders are not there. I need HELP please.

I can't even update my address file at the gmail site as I have no access to anything from TB. I am a research genealogist and now have lost all my saved research information.

Hello, so, I have my thunderbird profile on an external hard drive. Thunderbird was open and the hard drive was disconnected. After reconnecting the harddrive, on just one of my accounts, the inbox folder showed empty and the draft sent and junk folders disappeared. New messages are dowloded without problem. I have tried the repair folder option, it stays at the build index step. I waited for three hours or a little more, should I wait more? my inbox size is 2.5 GB. I have tried deleting the msf file but I can get to recreate them after deleting them. I have tried copying the msf files in the Local folder, but nothing happens. The other accounts were not affected. I am using the 115.18.0 (64-bit) version on linux. Any help would be most welcome

I have 7 folders in my Thunderbird (128.9.2esr (64-bit)) "Favorite Folders". The last folder keeps disappearing. When I right click on that folder in the "All Folders" tree, the favorite folder is checked. If I uncheck it and recheck it, it then shows up in "Favorite Folders" again. It disappears at least once each day. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I opened Thunderbird and could not get to the inbox or any other folders—it shows only the donations page. This is not okay. I do donate. Not much, not too often, but I do. However, if I open e-mail client and want to use it, then this is not a right moment to asking for donations. Or I should be able to do what I came to do and deal with donations issue later.

If you want users to pay for Thunderbird, it is of course okay, but please let us know in advance, give some time to mull it over and then clear the sheets. It is most inconvenient when this kind of issue is raised when you actually need to do something. And the message is unclear - how often and how much I need to donate (pay) in order to get to use Thunderbird without interruptions?

Thank you in advance and I do like Thunderbird. Just not this approach.

PS. Sorry for my bad English, not native speaker. PPS. Or, maybe this is some error that donations page does not "go away"?
