When I want to duplicate a tab, can I configure the 'duplicated' tab so it appears exactly next to the tab I'm duplicating instead of at the end of all the open tabs at the far right end of my browser? If I can't would it be too much of a bother to include that as an option we can configure? Maybe it's ridiculous or I'm using the interface wrong but it's super annoying to have to manually grab the duplicated tab and scoot it back next to the tab you duplicated from. Thanks!

I am trying to print this PDF file. When I print through Firefox, the "R" characters are replaced with "T"s Printing with any other application such as preview on my mac does not result in this issue.

My browser plays a notification sound repeatedly. Possibly every time a window opens. It sounds so many times its annoying. The sound is the same as when I plug a device into my computer. Such as a mouse. But it happens as I open or close a window. And sometimes when it seems there's nothing visible happening. The sound occurs three or four times in a row sometimes.

I have recently encountered reproducible failures when attempting to download files or save pages to local storage. The target directory is located on a mounted NTFS file system with the options umask=007, user=root, and group=disk. My Firefox browser is running under a non-root user account that is a member of the disk group. However, I consistently receive the error message: “XXX could not be saved because the source file could not be read.”

I would greatly appreciate anyone's assistance in resolving this issue.

Following a restart procedure on Windows 10 today, all my saved Firefox Passwords have now gone! (Firefox 144.0.2 (64-bit))

Can I recover them?

I am logged on to my Credit Union and attempt to download my statements. When using Firefox I get the message: {"Errors":["Authorization has been denied for this request."]}

When I contacted my CU, they said to add an URL to the Manage Exceptions. This worked, but I want to know why Firefox needs this but Chrome doesn't.

Today is 11-12-2025. After the last update a few days ago, many of my websites would not load up on firefox and when try on Edge or Chrome, they would work perfectly. I did a recovery back to 10-31-2025 and everything worked fine. Now I am afraid to do another update until I know what is going on. What would you suggest? Thanks,

Yesterday I was able, with someone's help, to turn off the feature in Thunderbird that is a pop-up on lower left of screen that a new email has come in. But now I want to also get rid of the sound. Didn't have this problem with my old computer and Windows 10. Or is this something I can only not have when speakers are turned off?

Hello there, today was released a new version of firefox. downloading it not only crashed my computer, it also removed all my history and bookmarks. is there any way to revert this?

Ive been receiving server failure reports from several links at numerous websites including zillow and carvana. Links that I try to open from Mozilla Thunderbird, receive the error or show only a blank page. Is there an issue with Firebird or Thunderbird at this time?

2 issues, first it asks me for my password over and over again until I am so angry I could scream! First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! Apologies in advance if I use terminology incorrectly.

I've had this strange but intermittent issue for a while (through multiple Firefox versions) where pages will take a long time to load. I haven't timed loads exactly but I can confidently say it's a minimum of 10 seconds. The problem with diagnosing this issue is it's very intermittent; I can go hours or on a rare occassion days without it happening (I think, maybe I've just not registered some of the times it's happened). I have yet to try disabling all addons because of this.

Random quirks about the issue:

• It only happens on navigation to a new domain (or to a domain from a new tab). Once a domain has loaded, I don't have an issue on said domain for a while.
• It isn't tab specific. I can open a new tab in the same window and they will both take the same amount of time to load, often finishing at the exact same time.
• While waiting for a page to load, I can open a Private Browsing window, paste the URL, and the page will load immediately without issue in the Private Browsing window. This does not affect the page being loaded in the main window.
• I believe it has occurred immediately after a system restart, thus I don't believe it is related to long-running sessions.

The addons I have that don't also run in Private Browsing are:

• Augmented Steam
• BetterTTV
• Enhancer for Youtube (I can't find the addon store link?)
• Firefox Multi-Account Containers
• PocketTube
• Return YouTube Dislike
• SponsorBlock
• The Camelizer
• Youtube High Definition

How long do tab groups stay in the browser? The tab groups I create disappear from 'list all tabs' dropdown. I was unaware there was a time limit. Could you let me know if I am doing something wrong here or change the description to include a timeframe. Saying that I can reopen suggests I can always reopen (see help article quoted below). "You can Save and close group, which will save and close the group for you to be able to re-open from the List all tabs tab icon 2 icon on the tab bar (or the Fx137ListAllTabs toolbar icon, if you use vertical tabs). "

I have lost a number of groups, which is not ideal. I see two tab groups from last four days but no others. See screenshots.

Would love clarification of this, as it is so useful to keep sites in groups for later use.
