everytime I go to view tabs I have had open previously it just doesn't even allow me to open it can you help me with this Jan my number is [edited phone#'s from community support forum]

It is with deep regret to inform you of my discontinuation of the use of Firefox.

My issues began at the beginning of February this year and have continued and compounded to the point that I cannot continue its use. The issues are constantly logging me out of my account, disabling ALL my bookmarks and the loss of well over a hundred passwords. I have followed every help article and community forums help links and to no avail I'm still dealing with all the same issues. I've have to restore my links every time I'm logged out of Mozilla. Their are no passwords to restore except for the Mozilla account I just had to log back into.

Again, I do regret discontinuing its use. I have used this browser for well over a decade and I am not one for changing anything at this point in my life. I'm 67 and having to switch is indescribably painful. I actually think your integration of AI functions are the problem. Everything was just fine before that was introduced.

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

I can go to websites but when clicking log in I only get a white page. If I go to my credit card I cn=an see my statement but when going to make a payment get white screen only. Retirement website loads but try to log in and get white page. Other certain sites just keep trying to load. My os is linux mint17.1 32bit system. Problem just started this year

So, today i opened up my firefox and loaded up youtube; it didn't load. I tried to check my wifi speed on speedtest by ookla...the website didnt work. Then i went to reddit to see if this was a bug affecting everyone anddd that also did not work. So, basically half of the websites that i use do not work right now and i can't figure out why. Everything was fine till yestderday and i havent changed any settings. Also, Wifi speed is not the problem here as i opened up ms edge and everything works.

when I am downloading something from Firefox then my internet speed decrease to below 1 mb per second while my regular WiFi speed is 200mb per second. in chrome or playstore i don't face any problem but in Firefox it is always there.

I'm 70 years old and somehow yesterday I pushed a botton that closed out my dashlane password saver and I nned help getting normal settings back please. I can't get into emails etc. Please call me at [edited from community support forum]

None of my accounts on Thunderbird are working (they are working on my alternate mail client). They worked fine yesterday, but today's email is not loading, and I cannot send emails from Thinderbird.

Sometimes, when using the browser, some assets won't load and will show instead a weird box with line color. A perfect example is when uploading a picture to google search. That being said, the interesting thing is that not only does it not show up, but the Google results have nothing to do with the actual pic, making me believe that it uploads the glitchy image and searches by it, see images for reference.

What can I do, I have this glitch for forever, and on Edge it doesn't happen.

I just installed Firefox. What I noticed right away while using it was that fonts were very blurry/hard to read on all web pages, and even in firefox's menus and URL bar.

I attached two pictures, one is a screenshot in Firefox, and the other is a screenshot in Brave. (All chromium web browsers I have tried don't have firefox's font problem)

I just switched to a new HP Pavilion 14 running Windows 11. Previously, I had no problems using the "set image as desktop background" right click function, but now it no longer works. Instead, I get a solid color screen.

I have a need t view courthouse records in AZ. The Cort Website tells be to go to (In Win 10) Settings then Compatibility View settings. hat must be old information as pertaining to win 10, because my win 10 has nothing even hinting a similarity with that. So, since it's about web viewing the next place I looked on Firefox and again nothing like that. Any suggestions?
