For some reason whenever the window in Firefox is accessed, the menu bar would display black instead of white. Any reason? Restarting or clear cache does not work.

Hello, I have some issues with Firefox keeping my logged in my Google account. When I close Firefox it logs me out of Google. I have tried some methods from other threads on this site but still without success. I have the setting for delete cookies on Firefox close to off and have tried Firefox remember history and use custom settings. Thank you for reading this.

Whenever I open up PDFs within the Firefox browser, they have a black background and the text and images do not appear. I can copy the text and images out of the pdf and into a word document and it works out fine. Also opening it up on other applications works out fine. Attached is what happens when I open up a known working pdf in Firefox. The browser version is the current version, 135.0.

First of all I would like to know why I have to surrender my personal information to get support. If I get one spam email or text I'm going to be pissed and on here looking for the person(s) responsible.

All of a sudden the allow location permission window is popping up repeatably. I have the option turned off and every time I go to Amazon or Home Depot or any such place the window ops up requesting that location location tracing for the sites. I tried toggling the on/off for the option but it didn't stop it. Help!

For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).

As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.

I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).

I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.

Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?

other browsers on the computer load it fine

I've imported bookmarks and passwords and stuff, and since refreshed firefox but can't find a way to fully restore it to initial settings, even uninstall and reinstall won't do it

Hey so i reseted my pc and I synced my account before uninstalling firefox but now everything is gone would it be possible to get my bookmarks and passwords back because it was quite a lot and i dont remember everything and also i had passwords for a lot of websites saved on mozilla and its way to much to do everything on my own again.
