I updated Thunderbird to 128.0esr. My Trash folder had messages in it prior to the update. These messages now have spurious characters at the end. Copying messages from the Inbox to the Trash folder after the update does not produce this behavior. I don't know whether this occurs with folders other than Trash. I use a website in the UK alljigsawpuzzles.com The page loads fine and freezes with the firefox browser. Other browsers work fine. I have been unable to determine if a setting is the problem. I use https only. When I removed this setting, it allowed me to scroll for a few seconds and then froze again. Do you know what the problem is? It's true they recently upgraded their website. Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks! All updates are up to date.

When opening the calendar on a Mac with an M processor, it takes a terribly long time for the ball to stop spinning, on a Mac with an Intel processor it works quickly and normally. Does anyone have a solution?

For 2 of my Yahoo DE e-mail accounts, I cannot go further when setting up. When I click on "I am not a robot" (reCaptcha), I get this kind of error message telling me that some API settings are invalid. This doesn't happen on other accounts of other providers. Thanks for your help. Best regards.

Thunderbird shows me a Google login box for an account (@sidly.org) that I don't have in Thunderbird. I had one, used it, but removed all its details from the incoming and outgoing mail server settings. Nowhere in Thunderbird is there any more information about this account (@sidly.org) and the window still appears. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. I would be grateful if you could point out where I can EFFECTIVELY remove this account information and why it still appears.

I inadvertently used the option Block Element to get rid of a horrible recurring spam post on FB. I thought I was just blocking that post but what it ended up blocking the options on my whole Facebook program, so now I can't edit/undo anything on my FB page. I know it's within Firefox as it doesn't happen on the other browsers when I am using FB.

I tried to look it up but can't find anything to help me. I was hoping I could end up talking to a real person as I know it can get confusing but perhaps you can give me step by step instructions?

I need to know how to UNDO blocking an element. I've attached an image but I'm not sure if it fully explains what I'm dealing with.

Using a watch face on my Galaxy Watch 6 (MD332 from Play store) that has a MAIL complication that is not updating correctly. Using K-9 Mail on my phone with GMail and Outlook accounts. Anyone have any ideas how I can get the MAIL complication to sync correctly with phone?

1. When I start Thunderbird, the first thing that comes up is the "misinformation" "No message found". Only some time later is the inbox with the new messages displayed. The initial "misinformation" is annoying.

2. When I open a message, I have to constantly click backwards until I get back to the inbox. Why is there no button for this?

I have a link provided by a web site I use. Through Firefox it takes me to a Mimecast authentication screen that asks for my email, then tells me to contact my IT department. This is my home internet. I can access the link through Safari. I'm stumped.

I have my one main account up and running again (for now) but my secodary account I can't recall my password.

is there any way to keep my secondary account but update and change the password for it??

Won't allow me access - keeps kicking me out - until I can get the account and password to match up

I'm looking for a message filter function that will wait a specified period of time before performing what the rest of the filter does whatever it is tasked to do. For instance, I want to have an incoming message sit in the inbox until it moves to a local folder some time later. This would allow me to see it from a device that can't see local folders (like a mobile phone). I can't find anything in extensions. Any thoughts?
