I have just upgraded firefox to 115.3, and now the menu and tab area have an ugly blue color with white text.
If I switch to another window, the color returns to gray with black text, but as soon as I select the window, the menu/tab area becomes blue again. Only the active tab is shown with a gray background.
I have found this bug (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1090432) from 8 years ago, which seems to be the same problem, but the fix described does not work:
In about:config, browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar is set to 0 (not true or false). If I set it to something else and back to 0, the blue color remains. If the value is not 0, one could argue that firefox should use the title bar color, but if it is 0, then the regular window color should be used. Also, regardless of which color ought to be used, the tab header is not connected to the window below, but separated using a blue separator, making the window exceptionally ugly. This is the case even when browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar is nonzero.
I have also created a 100% fresh profile, without addons etc, and the behavior is the same.

All of my 100+ open tabs suddenly disappeared from Firefox on Mac today (not sure if I pressed some button combination by mistake or what happened). When Firefox reopened, only one tab was opened which I closed/restarted Firefox couple of times. Unfortunately I don't see all these historical tabs in the History->Recently closed tabs (just the latest one after Firefox restart). Can I somewhere find and reopen all the tabs? I tried various options but no success.

I used to be able to scroll to the bottom of my Youtube subscription list, to see the very first posted videos of all of my subscriptions, going back to the first days of Youtube in 2005. Granted, not all of the videos would show up, and I don't know if that is a Youtube problem or a Firefox problem, but most of the videos would be there. Now, after going back less than a year in the archive, the scrolling just kind of peters out. Firefox becomes unresponsive to any key press or mouse click, and all I can do is quit the program. What has changed? Has Firefox gotten even worse at memory management? it was always a total pig with memory, but has it reached the point where it just plain malfunctions and can't recover? If that is the case, then Firefox devs had better get their spit together and work on optimization. I really don't want to have to start using Edge, thank you, no. I only use Edge to view PDFs.
Before updating Firefox to 115.3.1esr, mp4 link used to open in the browser. Is there any fix?

Where is the page setup option? Firefox used to be simple. Using the page setup feature, one could specify the contents and locations of the headers and footers. It is especially useful for showing the website and date of the webpage to be printed.
The page setup feature is not there. It is nowhere.
I am not going to use about:config to try to get the page setup feature.
PLEASE RESTORE THE "PAGE SETUP" FUNCTION.

When watching streams in firefox, I noticed that overall iGPU load is very high, up to 70%, a lot higher than watching 1080p movie with dedicated player.
I found that the firefox actually only shares 10~20 iGPU load, the rest are from DWM, which load is up to 40% sometimes.
Also found if I switch from the tab with streaming page to another normal webpage, DWM immediately drops its usage to about 2%, firefox still uses some load as it's still decoding. DWM usage rises if I switch back.
I tried force firefox to use nvidia dGPU, firefox does use nvidia card to decode, but the DWM problem said above still apply.
See attatched image as prove.

I am reviewing my user.js and pref.js files in anticipation of deploying policy settings in GPO. As a part of the review, I am trying to document what each of the preferences in those files actually do, in order to be able to see in the future why a setting was set the way it was.
I am presently at the preference "pref.browser.language.disable_button.remove". Based on the name of the preference, I would think that if set to true, it would disable the remove button in the Webpage Language Settings window. (Hamburger menu -> Settings -> General -> Language -> Choose your preferred language for displaying pages)
When I set it to true, it does not disable the remove button but when I use the remove button, the preference is set to false.
Am I misunderstanding the purpose of this preference or is there more to using this preference than just setting its value in about:config?
Also, I see there are a number of other preferences that contain disable_button but that only one, "pref.privacy.disable_button.view_passwords", has a GPO policy for setting. I would expect that these preferences containing disable_button would all work in a similar way just each for a different button in the Firefox GUI.
If it matters, I'm running Firefox 115.3.1esr 64-bit en-ca on Windows 10.
Will not let me set up without making a donation. Are donations required? If so, it isn't a donation, it is a fee.

When I'm working in Google Docs, the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + 7 creates a numbered list. However, when I try to do this in Firefox, it overrides the Google Doc command and automatically opens the "Help" tab for the search engine. Is there a way to disable the "Help" tab's keyboard shortcut so that I can use shift + command + 7 to make numbered lists in Google Docs?
