Не могу установить 2fa для своего аккаунта, хотя очень нуждаюсь в нём из-за того что не могу загрузить своё расширение на addons.mozilla.org. Каждый раз когда сканирую qr и пытаюсь ввести код который появляется в приложении мне пишет что он неверный, хотя код вот свежий и рабочий. Есть решения?

Hi, all of a sudden this morning, I cannot download my emails on my secondary account. Saved Passwords has the right info and when I re-enter the password via the "login.... failed" message, there is no change. Thanks, Larry

I have been away from this laptop for about 7 months; now, when I try to access TBird, it seems to hang indefinitely [I haven't timed it but it seems like more than half an hour, maybe a lot more] displaying "xxxx@xxxxx.com: Host contacted, sending login information" in the bar at the bottom of the screen ... Every once in a long while, it jumps up and asks for my password. I give the one that relates to the "xxx" email address above and it rejects it as incorrect. I have checked that the password works to get into this account on webmail.

Can anyone help? I don't remember having this problem before. I am using TB 115.10.1 (64-bit) many thanks, filter feeder

When I try to log in to Thunderbird on my PC, I continue to get this message: Login to server imap.comcast.net with username XXXXXX@comcast.net failed. I am able to access my emails on my phone which doesn't use Thunderbird. I have been using Thunderbird with this email address for many years and have had no issues, this just started today. Please help, thanks.

I can not edit the domain address in the password save section. I can change user name and pw, but not the domain name/address. This is very annoying for sites like twitter that have now changed to x as it's not straight forward and prohibitive to my own saved information and it not allowing me to alter it in the EDIT section. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I am trying to access my account at Now Finance (nowfinance.com.au) and I can't get past the login challenge. I have changed my password on the site several times with no change in the result. I can login OK with Opera and Google, but not firefox.

I don't need to login now. I have done my business using Chrome, but I think the above is something you need to know.

I have just changed my pass word but I tried signing in on my phone it says wrong pass word and same on my tablet I prefer fire fox to chrome help me solve this issue thanks. Geoffrey

I am unable to send emails on my notebook scherte@hispeed.ch. I am asked to enter the password for smtp.hispeed.ch

Recently I have been getting this message when I open my Thunderbird email account: "login to server imap@windstream.net with username opx failed." When I close this message screen, my email is there, sending and receiving, and everything works normally. However, I'd like to get rid of the message screen permanently, if possible. So far I have tried the following:

Changed from "normal password" login to OAuth2. The message stopped appearing, but my incoming mail wouldn't load.

Tried Thunderbird troubleshoot mode. The screen still appeared.

Opened in Windows Safe Mode. Got this message: "Server not found."

If there are any other suggestions, I'd be happy to try them, as long as they are within my limited grasp of troubleshooting. Thank you!

HI -- My email accounts (2) vanish and I have recquire them to sign back in

I have my one main account up and running again (for now) but my secodary account I can't recall my password.

is there any way to keep my secondary account but update and change the password for it??

Won't allow me access - keeps kicking me out - until I can get the account and password to match up
