Damage of all cyrillic symbols in subfolders' (not folders'!) names occurs after update from the latest minor version 128.x.x to 136.0.

The names of subfolders in Russian (marked in a large red rectangle) are damaged now. However, their names in the upper right zone (marked in a small red rectangle) near message count are shown correctly in Cyrillic (Russian)...

Notes: 1 - Subfolder names are broken (see the 1st screenshot). 2 - Folder names are good (see the 2nd screenshot). 3 - Some zones are faded by me in case of privacy.

How to fix it?

Dear Team After Updating from 102.15.1 (32Bit) to 115.28.0 (32Bit) I can not connect to the provider "pop.hispeed.ch" anymore. Ping pop.hispeed.ch (on CMD) shows normal raction of beeing reachable with a "reply from xxxx.". I am on Windows 7 SP1. I have checked several times all setting POP and SMTP, switched off Firewall, uninstalled virus scanner, and and and many more (all knowledge found on internet..). Pressing the "Get Message" button in the upper menue bar shows no raction when pressed. The icon "Get Message" on the left side of the button "+ New Message" results in a none moving blue status bar at the right bottom of the window. After a while with the message "timed out.. ".In the settings "Config Editor.." the values of "mailnews.tcptimeout" are set to "300", and "true". I am using TB since donkey years with many many eMails. Are the lost? Hello, when I am on Firefox I am unable to play audio from websites such as Reddit,Twitter and other sites but I am able to do so in youtube. This does not happen to me in other browsers such as brave/edge. Things I have tried are refreshing firefox, turning off extensions, installing windows media pack, trying a different sound device, adjusting sound mixer, allowing autoplay, update drivers. This started happening after I did a clean install of windows. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently moved my TB to a new PC desktop, and TB is working fine. But I see that my local archive folder is gone from both the new and the old PC, as well as my NSTMP folder. Could someone help me locate them?

I am having difficulty trying to view a website. I receive the following message whenever I try to view this website:

"Suspected Phishing This website has been reported for potential phishing.

Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source."

There are two buttons beneath this message, the one on the left which reads "Learn More," the one on the right which reads "Ignore & Proceed." Yet when I click on either of the buttons a blank white page appears.

The web address in the URL field also changes from the website I originally selected to the following:

Why would I not be able to view this website (and others too) with Firefox but am able with Chrome? I want to be able use Firefox, as Chrome will not allow use of an extension that Firefox will.

Please tell me how this problem may be fixed.

When I receive an attachment in an email, I have the option of opening it, in this case a PDF. Then the attachment is properly displayed, and one of the options given is to print the attachment. When I select print, I get a progress gif that just continues to spin; nothing gets printed. I can open the PDF with Adobe and print it so I know the PDF file is intact.

Help.

I have updated the browser to your latest. I have Windows 7 Pro on this system. I cannot download any document or save it as the error is "Failed Download".

Please tell me how to fix this or I cannot use your browser.

When using Google Meet in Firefox browser, I am only able to share my window, not my screen. When I choose "share screen", it says I must change my permissions - but my permissions settings have not changed and this is a problem I have started having only in the last few days.

I do not know where I am supposed to change these permissions settings.

I have checked my permissions in settings > privacy & security > permissions - there is nothing there about screen sharing.

I have checked my permissions in padlock > connection > more information > permissions and the only options I have for screen sharing are "always ask" (default), which is set. The only other option I have is "block" which is not set.

My Firefox browser is up-to-date.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

updated to latest firefox 136.0.1 today and several web pages will not load on first attempt. yahoo.com, google along others indicate that page is preventing this site from loading. I have not encountered any issue with Chrome. Have not encountered this issue with firefox previously but very frustrated user. I any attempted to start firefox in debug mode without any extensions or tools and firefox still encountered the same issue. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

For past 2 days, results from eBay searches will not finish loading. Happening on both of my Win 11 computers, and only using Firefox. Edge works fine, and all other websites are OK.
