I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

When the syten Theme switches between darg and light mode, the keyboard color does not switch. Only when force-quitting the app the color is correct at next start.

How can I delete or disable my Firefox/Mozilla account when my email provider discontinued my sign in email? In other words, I no longer have access to the email attached to my Firefox account and would like to delete it.

I have downloaded Mozilla Firefox to my iPad. I keep seeing DuckDuckGo as my browser. I want to change my search engine to Firefox but I don’t see Firefox as a listed search engine that I can choose from. Does Mozilla have its own search engine? I don’t want to use the other listed choices such as Google or Bing.

How can I get the download for version 78 for Firefox? My Mac is on 10.11.6 and my Firefox won’t open bc the newer version isn’t supported. I need the old version and can’t seem to find a way to download it. Please help!

Until the latest Firefox update, I could select the menu options, now in the three dots, and select Share which would give me several sharing options such as text, email, printer, etc. Now there is no option to Share so I have to copy the URL, close my web browser, open another app such as email or text, enter the addressee, paste the URL, send the message, close that app and return to the web browser. 8 steps that used to be completed in 4 steps within the open page in my web browser. Why was Share removed?

Transient issue where the top of the page overlaps with the task bar (whatever it's called on the iPad) so the plus sign for new tab is under the iPad's battery indicator. Can't close tabs. Seems to happen when reopening the iPad, usually corrects after a few times of switching apps, but very inconsistent. Deleted and reinstalled app, but problem continues. Others have reported the issue.

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

The menu bar is missing on iOS iPad 143.1 and I can’t find how to get it back. There’s just three dots on the top and when I press that I can’t find the menu anywhere.

the password manager in Firefox on iOS has become practically useless (for me) with somewhat recent releases. Privately and for work I have different passwords on different sites within the same domain (site1.example.com, site2.example.com, etc.). While Firefox saves passwords for these correctly, and is able to recall them correctly in the desktop version, the iOS version simply presents *all* stored credentials for 'example.com' with no way to tell them apart.

Please restore the earlier behaviour here. If there are passwords for the subdomain/hostname I'm trying to access, then only present those. Fall back to the second-level domain only if no passwords are stored for the current hostname.

After years of hoping for a dedicated new tab button in Firefox for iOS, my wishes were answered this morning when I installed the Firefox 140.2 on iOS. As explained in the release notes, there is "a sleeker, more intuitive Toolbar and Tab Tray — with smoother animations, simplified controls, and a modern look that feels right at home on iOS." What's more, it replaced the (IMO) useless "home" button with a BEAUTIFUL one-tap new tab button! I was overjoyed!

However, a few hours later, my Firefox UI has reverted back to the old way. It still claims to be on version 140.2, so I don't understand how that happened. As far as I can tell, there are no options within settings to get the new UI.

What happened, and how can I take advantage of the new UI?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Since the last update (123.4) I have this behavior in both iPadOS and iOS: when there's a link that opens in a new tab, most of the time the new tab will open an about:blank page instead of the actual link.

I noticed this happens as I use the browser more: if I force close it and reopen it, the links will usually load OK for the first 1-4 sites, but after a period (or loading a "heavy" site la Facebook) I can reproduce the error 90% of the time.

Happens on iPad Air 3 and iPhone 13 mini.

Trying to sync Firefox on a Win11 desktop and an iPhone 11. The menu on the iPhone does not have a “Sync and save data” to tap. I can’t get to “ready to scan”. To hold my iPhone over the code. Suggestions appreciated.

I can X one of them closed, but they both come back when I close a website after viewing. Is there something I can do in settings to fix this? It's a recent thing that I must have changed accidentally. Thank you.
