This example should be straightforward, as you can see the title bar on the bottom has a dark blue color from the source app (Tusky) while the navigation bar is white. On Tusky the navigation bar is the same dark blue as the title bar.

I'm not sure if Android allows getting the color of the source app's navigation bar, but anything could be better than a pure white one especially when the title bar is put on the bottom. I suggest Firefox to use either 1. Same color as the title bar 2. A slightly darker version of title bar color.

Firefox for iOS version 127.0 (42448) deletes tabs when app is closed. The option to keep tabs when the apps is closed has been removed from the privacy menu. So how can I configure the app to keep tabs between sessions?

Was the option to close privacy tabs removed recently? I would like to be able to save my tabs without losing them again. I only ask because I just like to organize my tabs instead of having all the tabs in one section.

I’m having a problem very similar to the one described here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1421173 from last year. Ever since the version 127.0 update from last week, all my private tabs are GONE. My regular tabs, including inactive tabs, are fine but more than 40 private tabs were lost (and I’m pissed because the nature of what those tabs were makes them very difficult to go re-find). Now, anything I open as a private tab vanishes if I leave the app for more than just a moment, even if I left it open to that tab. It makes the private browsing function effectively unusable for anything I’m not gonna just sit down and do in one sitting.

I don’t expect my 40+ lost tabs recovered, it’s a pain but it’ll be fine, but the function issue is NOT fine and needs to be fixed!

From time to time firefox deletes suddenly all my tabs in normal as in private browsing. Also few years ago I could turn off the „close private tabs“ option in setting, but since firefox cleared off everything (again), that option ain‘t available anymore. Someone pls help.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am encountering on the latest version of the Firefox browser for Android. My goal is to open specified pages in the same tab using Intent from a third-party custom application. However, I have observed that different URLs open in separate tabs, contrary to my expectations.  Current Implementation:  Here is the code snippet I am currently using: java： Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); intent.setData(uri); intent.putExtra(Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID, packageName); startActivity(intent); Expected Behavior:  I expect different URLs to open in the same tab without opening new tabs. This functionality is crucial for my application.  Issue Background:  I have researched similar issues and found that users have had comparable needs using Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID. Unfortunately, it appears that Firefox has not fully addressed this functionality. The EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID is a feature that modern browsers should ideally support to enhance user experience and maintain continuity within a single tab. Firefox will close my private browsing tabs after inactive for a couple hours. I do not see any setting section for controlling when Firefox closes or doesn’t close private browsing tabs. Just started happening bout a day or 2 ago.

The button in settings/privacy/close tabs automatically has disappeared in firefox for ios v 127. It appears that I no longer have the option to keep my private tabs open which is very inconvenient

When I opened my iPad all tabs saved in private browsing had disappeared. I keep them there not because they are particularly private but for ease of access. A note from Google said that it had changed my settings as they didn’t know if I was over 18. (I’m 75!) and I needed to sign in to Google. I always use Duck Duck Go as my search engine on my desktop and do NOT want to use Google if possible. Can you help. I’m really fed up/ angry about this intrusion. Sorry for explanatory ramble. In Android 14 oneUI 6.0 i have an issue while i download, the progress of download doesn't show up, i have checked everything but only the Firefox notification of private search shows up, plus when it is downloading the file i have problems when browsing, like when i use the keyboard The keyboard automatically closes and doesn't allows me to type I don't know if i explain myself clear enough

I just started with Firefox browser on my iPad. No where in the menu or Home Screen is there a print icon. Does anybody use Firefox on iOS and learned how to print??

HELP!

Home screen custom wallpaper selection, new themes ( blue, white or smth else ), new open tabs section style. Please bring a few more features like this, because Firefox can be made much more beautiful (I think so). Especially custom wallpaper should come as quickly as possible. This is just one user's opinion, I hope you take it into consideration.

The behavior of Firefox on my iPad when long-pressing a link and selecting the “Open link in new tab” option is counter to how it should operate. It opens the link in a new background tab. It should open the link in a new tab and bring that tab to the foreground, like it does in the desktop app.

I think it would be more convenient if the list of inactive tabs opened in portions, starting with the newest ones, with an option to open the whole list in case someone needs that. That would allow for better performance and reduce the time spent scrolling to the end of the list
