These two websites open on re-boot, or when I'm idle on firefox.

How do I fix this issue?

My virgin e-mail only shows on half a page and I want to get rid of space aboove so it will show more. How can I do this. Found one possible way by using Adblock plus? Can you advise what steps I need to do to help solve issue?

I'm not able to pick an item from a 'dropdown' list of choices. The list flashes on and off so quickly that it doesn't pause long enough to make a selection or it doesn't show the dropdown list at all. This was not an issue for me before FF 19.

I'm running Windows 8.

I have been able to import all bookmarks from Chrome but want them to appear as Firefox bookmarks and be immediately accessible (as they were before I migrated to chrome from Firefox) and on the bookmarks toolbar. I can't find a way of doing this.

so far I've been using Flash Player 11.2 which is the only normal playing sound newer versions are stereo sound streamed normal once the second is the center speaker started to play

My screen is in the centre and only half used. I cant make it bigger with zoom as this only enlarges the details but not the size of the screen. It eliminates the details on the edge. I had a full screen originally but this only happened yesterday by itself. I need to increase the width.

Hi, I have just brought a new laptop running windows 8 and have installed Firefox. My old laptop was running XP and I didn't have a problem running Firefox on it. I am trying to install Kindle for PC on my new laptop but I keep getting the message "this link needs to be opened with an application". I've never seen this message before on any web browser that I have used. I have "googled" the question and some suggestions are: > reloading Firefox-no point I've just loaded it > downloading through Internet Explorer-which I don't want to do as I want Firefox my browser of choice > Some talk of changing profiles-which I haven't a clue about.

Any help in plain and simple English and assuming I have no prior knowledge (I'm a car driver rather than a mechanic) will be greatly appreciated.

A message appeared for no apparent reason, saying "Update Failed. Something is trying to trick Firefox into accepting an insecure update. Please contact your network provider and seek help."

This is the second time I got this message. The first time, I tried deleting the Firefox extensions directory. Obviously that didn't work.

About Firefox says there is no update.

After installing Windows 8 the texts in Firefox keep being with bugs. Tab titles, text in pages (specially in FB) have their characters changed. When I have to do some important thing to do I open IE, that works fine (but I still would prefer working with Firefox). Is there something to do about it?

Hello. I'm web-developer and developed and tested web-site with slide show on the home page on my domain eyfilli.com (http://www.eyfilli.com). Appearance of the caption of this slideshow on Firefox is very quickly, and seems not normally, but on other browsers it moves normally. I tried to solve it on a different domain, to which I must transfer this site (http://www.mulkiyyet.az). But the same problem is appears. My question is about solution of this problem. they work fine in office and the control panel and other windows but not firefox and thunderbird my pc has windows 7 and no worries the mouse controls were working fine until the middle of feb i've updated the drivers and updated the logitech software in the mouse nada

I have Firefox 19.0.2 on my desktop and on my laptop but can't use Norton toolbar on my laptop, it is disabled. Why is this since they are both the same version of Firefox?

I was able to access this website prior to 2 weeks ago. I can access this website on other computers without issues, and I can also access all other websites on this computer.

I noticed it says wisd/restricted, but I can log on to this website using my wisd computer without issue, and I get the same error message at my home/other locations. So I know that it is not restricted. I have used all the other suggestions "no proxy", shut down firewalls, but nothing has worked.

Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I got the visualbee tool bar from downloading slender onto my computer and now my homepage is http://www.searchnu.com/406 I have tried to drag the google icon to the homepage button but that has not worked. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep clicking no thanks and every time I start Firefox it pops up again. It is starting to irritate me enough that I will uninstall Firefox if I can't get it to stop - Why have a no thanks button if you are going to constantly irritate people by asking every time you open the program

Can anyone identify the extension MaggniPeica 1.5? It appeared in my extension list, and the only accompanying info is that it updated today. I have it disable for the moment. I am sure it is probably nothing worrisome, but I do not recognize it, and a Google search turned up nothing except some “almost matches” written in Spanish. Unless those pages were asking about a red jacket, a telephone, and if I knew what day it is; my limited Spanish is useless. Thank you for humoring me.
