WHERE to key security code? What Page? Heading? NOTHING on any of those pages indicate "Key security code HERE." I GVE up! I have been round & round & canNOT get a response from the email that SHOULD give this information.

Today I went to TikTok, was using it earlier in the day also, when it showed me logged out and when I go to log in using my email, a windows security pop up shows, saying that I should insert my security key into the USB, something I don't have, and that this is being asked because of Firefox, which I can click cancel, but when I try to sign in with my email, I can't seem to, the password doesn't seem to be working, and can't sign in with the QR code through the phone which connects with the app. Still signed in just fine on Chrome and the app on my phone, so not sure what is up, as that shows my password should be fine due to neither of those logging me out if my password had been changed.

That I changed one thing yesterday related to something "secure", was that I enabled SecureBoot in BIOS, because games like Battlefield require it now for the anti-cheat and I'm curious if this has somehow affected this in some way as that's the only thing that changed recently for me.

I received an email saying that someone had signed into my account. I want to secure my account and don't know how? I'm also not sure the email is real and isn't a scam and don't want to click on any email links...

I am having trouble setting up Two-step authentication.

After I scan the QR code and enter the code, I am presented with below error: Incorrect two-step authentication code

I first tried scanning the QR code using Microsoft Authenticator app, which did not work. I then tried scanning a new QR codeGoogle Authenticator app, which did not work. I then tried to manually enter the secret key into Google Authenticator app, which also did not work. I then tried scanning another new QR code with the Twilio Authy Authenticator app, which also did not work.

Can anyone help to resolve?

I have looked in my email for the code to sync my devices and there is no code, what is the authentification App I do not have that on my computer for the longest while I have been unsuccessful in pairing because I can't find code and that has been quite frustrating for me.

Hello, I am 70, it is not possible for me to go to my gmail and get a code and retrieve where I have to write the code in 5 minutes. If you have a solution, please tell me how to do that. Otherwise, I will give up.

i recently disabled 2fa and installed a new authentication app: Ente Auth. i keep getting invalid code each time i enter the generated code. i tried both options, scanned the QR code and entered the secret key manually. i used authy with success as my auth. app with firefox but can't use authy anymore. keep having issues setting up 2fa with other auth apps. thanks for any help you can offer. peace, Adrian

I'm keep receiving mails to verify my account, when I open the link, it redirects me to my Mozilla account but everything seems to be in order and y don't want my account to be deleted. How am I supposed yo verify it? I have Two-step authentication, the Account recovery key, a Secondary email and I even singed in several devices.

Just to be extra safe I tried using my account recovery key and it told me it was invalid. I was luckily only testing and am still signed in, so I made a new key, and copy pasted it directly from where I made it, and it still told me the key was invalid.

Seems bad.
