I noticed that some sites are showing up twice in the history when you go to history and look at the sites you've most recently been to. At first I assumed it was happening just with Youtube, but I have noticed it with other sites as well. This started happening a day or so ago. I recently updated to version 150.0.3, and I have no idea why it's happening. At first I thought it might be because I was signed into sync, but this hadn't happened on previous versions of Firefox and I've been signed into Sync for almost a year now and never saw this occur in that time. I even tried signing out of sync to see if that fixed the issue. it did not. I vaguely remember something like this happening on a much older version of the browser, but I dunno if you guys ever had a fix for it or not. I'm including a screenshot of the phenomenon for the sake of visual reference.

If I go to AOL.com they useually have 40 or so news articlaes/ads you scroll through. Several weeks ago the text for the articles stopped displaying. I have tried other browsers and the text shows up. Not sure what setting may effectr this.,

I start the Firefox Browser from an icon on the desktop. This icon does not have a padlock symbol in the upper right corner of the icon. When the Firefox Browser starts an icon with a padlock symbol located in the upper right corner of the icon appear on the taskbar. What is the significance or the padlock symbol? What causes the padlock symbol to appear? How do I disable this option? Is this a feature added with a recent update to Firefox?

I recently updated from a very old version of Thunderbird. The new version no longer shows the little popup messages at the bottom of my screen when automatically checking accounts for mail at the designated interval. As I have numerous email accounts (all set up as POP mail), set to check at different intervals, these popups were useful to me - they also showed when I manually checked an account, or all accounts - this also is not happening anymore. Have they been discontinued, or is it possible I turned them off? I did change some things to suppress nags to update Thunderbird during the time I was using the old version, and unfortunately didn't keep a record of those changes. I'd appreciate knowing which function in about:config controls this feature so I can check to see whether it's set correctly. Thanks!

I have an ASUS laptop running Windows 10 - I can no longer access outlook.com in a regular browser, but I can in a private browser. I can access outlook on my ACER laptop running Windows 7 in a regular browser and I can on my desk top computer running on Windows 7 and using the GOOGLE browser. I only seem to have a problem with outlook in a regular browser using FIREFOX on the ASUS computer. Is there something in the FIREFOX browser settings that would prevent the connection?

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Amazon orders and returns when using Mozilla Firefox. While I can navigate to Amazon.com without any problems, I am now prompted to sign in to my Amazon account whenever I attempt to view my orders or returns. This pop-up indicates that it is a Firefox security issue rather than a Windows problem. This situation has only started occurring recently, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. My Firefox version is 150.03. Thank you for your help.

Firefoxa używam od lat ale ostatnio strasznie mnie wkur....bo kilka aktualizacji zepsuło ten program, co aktualizacja to gorzej z wyszukiwaniem i pobieraniem np. zdjęć, nie raz nie da się odświeżyć strony, nawet wyczyszczenie historii nie pozwala na nowo wczytać strony zapisanie kolejnego zdjęcia o tej samej nazwie nie pozwala wpisać np; image 1, 2, 3 itp wklejając np: image okno jest nie aktywne by wpisać 1,2, 3, itp; trzeba czekać aż Firefox się namyśli i pozwoli dokończyć wpisywanie, szlag trafia człowieka przy takim działaniu. te wasze aktualizacje gdyby rozwiązywały problemy nie byłoby tyle poprawek Np 150.01, 150.02, 150.03 myślę, że następna aktualizacja 151 będzie bez błędów i wyeliminuje obecne bo inaczej będę musiał zmienić przeglądarkę. I jeszcze jedno wyszukując zdjęcia są one zamazywane i wielokrotnie pojawia się informacja że zmieniliście mi ustawienia przeglądarki (włączony filtr) wyłączam go ale nie ma opcji zapisania ustawień i za jakiś czas sytuacja się powtarza, zróbcie coś z tym i nie decydujcie za mnie co mam włączone a co nie. Tak samo jest z motywami niektórych nie da się usunąć a zaśmiecają kompa. Jurek

i am unable to open a specific profile as i want its always taking me to last profile i used .I tried getting help from AI chat bots and made a short cut for a profile but at the end even its opening the last profile i opened.

In Firefox, to send an email, you click on the NEW EMAIL button in the tool bar and the email app appears. When you click on the TO button to add email addresses, the ADD RECIPIENT page appears and a list of people and their email addresses normally appear.

THERE IS NO LIST OF PEOPLE AND EMAIL ADDRESSES. They have been moved to the PEOPLE folder on the left side tool bar below the top MAIL icon. The email list in the PEOPLE folder is still in tact

My question is how do I correct this error which appears to have happened during an update.

One would think if you highlight the PEOPLE email list it could be moved back to the ADD RECIPIENT list but that does not appear to be possible.

What is the solution????????

I'm logged into Firefox account and have everything synced. I've logged multi-account containers (MAC) into my Firefox to try and sync accounts. However, the containers are not syncing AND I now cannot send tabs to or from this instance of Firefox.

This started either after I refreshed Firefox or after I reinstalled it, I'm not sure which. Before Refresh I definitely had full sync, and I believe containers were synced but I had not changed anything in MAC for a long time, many months maybe years.

To try and fix this, I logged out of my Firefox account for both MAC and the whole browser, then closed Firefox. I then restarted Firefox, logged into my Firefox account and tested that I could send and receive tabs - I could, so that worked. I then logged into my Firefox account with MAC and tried to send a tab, and I couldn't, and nor did the containers sync. So, it seems that the MAC addon breaks sync.

A workaround is just to not depend on containers sync, but I'd prefer to get this back.

Any suggestions on how to fix this, or is this a bug in Firefox or MAC?

The email address that was used when my Mozilla account was first set up no longer exists, I'm trying to change it but the site keeps sending the confirmation codes to the existing non-existent email address which I no longer have access to. How do I change the email address without losing any data?

Recently a tiny icon of an empty shopping cart has been superimposed at the top right-hand corner of the Firefox icon in my system tray. I want to get rid of it. In addition, just in the last few days, I'm being asked to choose among profiles when I sign onto Firefox and I want to have only one default profile and to avoid that extra step in signing on.

Greetings. Have Windows 11 Home . I have noticed in the last month that when I click on the star that Firefox is not saving my bookmarks. I have searched online for resolution to this problem to no avail. I am up to date on my version of Firefox . Could someone please provide the steps necessary to get this feature back. I have used Firefox as my primary browser for decades and the bookmark feature has always worked fine . Thank you in advance for your assistance .

Firefox is not able to log into Amazon, while Edge is OK, I know that a lot of Windows 10 updates have been installed of late plus other changes I am unable to work out whats wrong .......Help
