I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also become green. These are only happening in integrated mode. If I use hybrid graphics mode all works good. I attached the about:support page and about:config page.

These files are taken in integrated graphics mode.

I did reinstall of the Windows on all the devices I had, PC and laptop. Now I've lost my data bookmarks, password and sites. Please help me out how what I cab do here.

For the past few days I have been noticing that the websites run by google such as youtube, gmail, maps, are not running properly in firefox desktop app. I have to refresh it again and again or close the entire firefox and restart it to start working properly. Any idea why this is happening ?

My firefox is already updated to it's latest version.

As a user of Firefox has been a good experience up till three weeks ago YouTube will not load. I cant play any of there videos this is been on going for three weeks. Ive asked you to fix it but so far you aren't doing anything about it. My operating system is windows 10 64 bits. Can you please look into this and get it fixed. i can't get youtube to load on firefox i have updated it all it loads up on competitors chrome,Etc can anyone help I've changed the password twice i get a black screen and 3 lines on the left unclickable and three circles also blank and unclickable i have windows 11

your browser did an update on my windows 11 home version laptop and now I cannot access my bookmarks and have a message at the upper left side of my browser screen.....

When i watch netflix,youtube and etc i cant go fully full screen. i see my desktop wallpaper a small bit on the side and top of my monitor. i only had problems with firefox this way. before i usually could just go out and in to full screen and it would fix but now i cant and its really iritating

I have my desktop extended across two displays. If I disable Hardware Acceleration in Firefox, entering fullscreen causes the window to be slightly offset down and right, leaving a thin band on the top and left sides of the screen where the desktop background and taskbar are visible behind the Firefox window.

From testing I have determined that this issue does not occur if I only have one monitor enabled or the monitors are mirroring the same display. I have also determined that the issue only occurs when Hardware Acceleration is disabled.

I have several email accounts that don't work well for me. Since Firefox has been my primary browser for over twenty years, I turned to Mozilla. I like your company's open source method and people-based philosophy. So I signed up for Thunderbird just now from your website. But I am not all that tech - savvy (I'm a baby boomer who started using personal computers at age 34 in 1984, and internet in 1990.) I'm 76 years old.

Is there someone who could walk me through setting up my new Thunderbird email account, and then moving my emails and address book from my current email server on Rackspace? And also disconnecting Apple Mail as my default outgoing mailbox, and set up my new Thunderbird account in its place?

I'm willing to pay for some help!
