In an accounting/payroll software application, a new window opens instead of a new tab. How to I fix this?

I've already tried about:config method as well as the simple 'tabs and browsing' method within Firefox settings. Nothing seems to work.

The email I thought I’d sent isn’t in my sent folder. I saw it being sent. I also tried restoring the sent items folder, but it didn’t work. What should I do? Is there any risk of it being misused?

Why do I see a green dot only occasionally next to some saved messages but not next to other saved messages? Important note: I have reported the police service in my Canadian city to the Alberta (provincial/state) government's Police Review Commission, and the Police Review Commission is conducting an investigation. Top browser menu bars seam rather large and take up allot of space how do I reduce their size. Also and this is a Huge issue! The VPN network sign-in keeps popping up but I don't want to use the VPN. I already have another automatically running and it causes huge slowdown. Please help! Thanks!

Numerous tabs appear whenever I open Mozilla. I have used them at some time in the past, but never all on one occasion. SOME WERE LAST USED AT LEAST SEVEN MONTHS AGO.

Related may be that sometimes when I follow a link on one website, the destination appears on my screen as a new opening of Mozilla. The previous site(s) are completely obscured

Windows 11 expensive high performance tower PC. When I am closing Firefox I am warned that I am about to close 80+ tabs although. I actually had only 13 tab groups (closed) and one ordinary tab open (The New York Times) I close Firefox anyway and ALL the group tabs disappeared.

Sometimes, when I am warned that I am closing 80+ tabs, they luckily they haven't disappeared upon restarting Firefox. This happens often.

I know how to reconstruct my tab Groups proceeding from listing all tabs.

Sometimes the tab groups don't disappear. It makes no difference whether I start a Firefox session on my just rebooted PC (and run PC for a minutes only using Firefox) or not. When I recently closed Firefox I could see from task manager that there was minor activity showing in the Firefox app which surprised me. I hope you have an idea of what might be occurring. I'm not a novice, I purchased my first PC in 1989

I tried to use 'Change location' in the weather widget on the New tab page. I can type my location name in the search box, but it doesn't give any results. Thanks for reading my question!

For the last year or so, and not consistently, Thunderbird will not bring in new imap messages across multiple accounts. Sometimes closing and reopening will make new messages appear. If I close Thunderbird from task manager and reopen it always brings in new messages. When it does start working it will keep working for 1-3 days. Restarting my computer seems to make it work for longer. Running Win 11 Pro, but have the same issue on a Win 10 Pro computer, different antivirus on each computer. loaded Thunderbird on new laptop and set up account getting error message that ID or password incorrect. I'm able to login to my email account using web browser with ID and password. I have check settings for the AT&T mail server and everything looks correct. Need help what am I missing?

Under Account Settings, I have three entries in the left: Company Yahoo Local Folders

Under Company, my POP3 download/remove from server account I've had since the 90s, under Copies & Folders I have "Place a copy in" for "Sent" Folder on: Company. Same for Message Archives, Drafts, and Templates. Under Yahoo I have "Place a copy in" for "Local Folders" for all four. The ONLY reason I have them set up this way is due to the error message that displays if I try and set any of them to be Yahoo.

I recently went to find an email I'd sent last week using my Company account and couldn't find it. I couldn't find any that had been sent for awhile. I eventually found it under Local Folders(I had "Hide local folders" turned on because I can't understand the reason to it to even exist).

What exactly is going on? Is it a bug with the beta? I'm getting really tired of having to move the messages to the correct folder when all of the settings appear correct(my oldest email is from 1996 btw, so I've been keeping current since Netscape Mail)

I have this icon on my Firefox logo pinned to my desktop and it has changed the entire look of my FF how can i reset it to what it was and get back all my bookmarks.

On my personal computer, I have a Profile for work and I was logged in via a Mozilla account using my work email address

I've recently set up a similar thing on my work computer. Signed in using Mozilla account. I have since noticed that on my personal computer it says "Account disconnected."

I'd like to sign in again and sync them so that I always see the same settings, shortcuts, open tabs etc on both computers. But if I sign in right now, will I lose the customizations I've made on the work computer? Which computer will it consider to be the "source" of the newly synced information?

at my place of work no one can send or receive mail anmore using Thunderbird. The problem suddenly appeared last monday. No changes regarding the network or settings in Thunderbird happened prior to this.

Here's what I tried so far and things I can rule out:

• same problem appears on all devices (desktop and laptop PCs) in our office
• our work mail server is online and working, I can access everything using the webmail-interface in the office network
• new installation of Thunderbird without any profiles and fresh account confguration doesn't solve the problem
• I can connect to our mail provider and send and receive mail when using my home network or my personal phone hotspot
• I can connect to my private mail provider using Thunderbird while in the office network
• troubleshooting mode doesn't solve the issue
• renewing the internet connection on our router temporarily/once allowed some devices to receive mail
• pinging the mail server (mailserver.[workdomain].de, no specific port) via command line was successful while Thunderbird was unable to connect to the mail accounts

IMAP-Log returns the following error codes:

• D/IMAP URL failed with code 0x804b000e
• D/IMAP URL failed with code 0x804b001e

I would be glad if somebody could help me out. If you need any more details I'll provide them. Thanks in advance!
