I've recently switched hosting providers (to Hostinger) and also started using Thunderbird (as it offered a better way to transfer emails across from previous provided and have them in same email client).

Since doing that, my sent emails are continually getting blocked (marked as spam) and I have to contact Hostinger support to "unblock" my account. They've done some investigation and suggested that it is something to do with the email Header (they actually said a "missing header"). I've compared what is generated in the header when using the Hostinger webmail vs Thunderbird for Android, and one obvious difference is that there is no X-Sender in the Thunderbird for Android header (it also not present when using Desktop client)

Could this be the cause of the issue? I can't locate where I can ensure X-Sender is included in the Header. Is there anything else I can check?

Hi, using thunderbird for Windows, i've add thunderbird for Android on my phone. To avoir manipulations i'd used the QR codes to install accounts.

I wanna now deleted some of them in the application but i don't find how doing that ( as Well i'm looking for finding how i can choose accounts how would be synchronised... ) Can someone help me ? Thanks

I want to deleted 2 Accounts or to manage the Account protocolls for online Connection. Where and how can I do it for the Thunderbird-Mail-App on my Smartphone (Android 14.0).

can you please inform me if there's a way to modify each account acronyms (that are shown inside the circles on the left side of main screen)? Right now I have 3 gmail accounts with different names, but inside circles GM is shown for all three accounts. I already tried to change account names but nothing happens

I would like to know if there's a way to see the date format MM/DD e.g. Nov.29 in all of my inbox/outbox emails. Right now all emails that are received/sent during the current week are showing only the day like Mon, Wed, Sat etc. without having the usual format MM/DD Is there any setting that I can use if I want to see email date in different format e.g. M/DD/YY?

How come now body is answering question here i have to find out by myself in android when I mark a email to spam how come it doesn't mark all future messages from the same emailed as spam I have to do it again and again does nobody know anything about thunderbird for android?

I just installed the Android mobile version of Thunderbird. I was wondering if it supports any form/method of SPAM filtering? If so, how do I access/use it?

Hi, I don't know if I'm in the right place. I can't login to two Google accounts and 3 emails. My ex hacked my accounts, changed passwords and has her phone number as the backup. I can't talk to her to get the codes. I no longer have my phone that I used to set these up. These are so important, not because of actual emails, but for all the pictures and other personal things in those accounts. This is a nightmare. It took 10 days forme to get into FB and Messenger. The number ending in 69 is hers and 23 is no longer active. Thank you

I've replaced K9 with Thunderbird (version 8.1) on my Ultrahertz Jelly Star running Lineage 20. Everything works as expected, but I can't get the Thunderbird app to appear in the homescreen apps list on my custom launcher, AOI (version 5.2.4).

The homescreen apps list is driven by a Category setting within AOI, and I have a category called Frequent to surface apps I use all the time. Earlier apps added to the Frequent category appear as expected, but nothing I've tried surfaces Thunderbird in the same way.

RESOLUTION

In the course of gathering information for this question I inadvertently deleted the Frequent category within AOI Launcher. After recreating it, and adding my most frequently used apps, Thunderbird is now included in their number.

Hello Can you offer push activation directly on all the folders of an e-mail address? When there are multiple sub-folders (for automatic sorting by filter under thuderbird PC), it's tedious. Thanks
