Thunderbird indicates that I'm not using a primary password and when I ask to see the password for my gmail account it asks for a PIN. I have no record of a PIN for Thunderbird. I'm instructed to go to setting>accounts to change the PIN. but cannot find it: settings>account settings lead me nowhere.

I've used Thunderbird for years. computer crashed and I'm trying to install Thunderbird on my new PC. Thunderbird cannot find account. I've checked with my provider several times and all settings are correct. Any ideas? I've also downloaded installed and uninstalled 5 times today with the same result.

There is a new update of Firefox, which tells us that now you can choose your default download location and rename files before downloading. But I can't find any sitting that can I change this ? So how And where I can find this?

I have a consistent issue where moving a folder with its emails to a subfolder makes it so I can't see the contents of the emails. It also causes the same thing on all other folders.

Repairing folders doesn't seem to fix it. Closing then restarting TBird fixes it. Is there some other way to do this?

I am repeatedly unable to access certain websites because VPN has blocked access. Is there a way to set certain sites so VPN allows access without needing to repeat this instruction every time

I am trying to change my default search engine to Firefox and it isn't allowing me. What could be preventing this? and how do I get around it? Thank you in advance for your help.

the bill pay feature has worked for years on firefox. when I asked merrill edge about the feature not working, they asked me to use another browser. So I used Chrome, and the bill pay feature works.

How can I set up a VPN on my Android phone

I have tried safe mode. No joy, but it has shown plain vanilla FF is the issue, not extensions.

(I'm using a different browser to make this report, so Share Data button is of no use here.)

Thunderbird keeps asking for my passwords for my email account and that of my husband. Despite being on the phone for 90 minutes with Virgin Media and giving them remote control of my computer, the problem is still there, even though it did work for 5 minutes whilst the Virgin operative was on my screen. He signed off and when I looked at my Thunderbird accounts soon after, the problem was back again. All the settings and passwords are definitely correct, so why does it keep asking for passwords every few seconds? Retry, enter new password, cancel. I even made a £10 donation to Thunderbird yesterday, in hope. I am so frustrated because my husband has Parkinson's and I need our emails to work. What on earth is causing this problem or has Thunderbird itself crashed out of existence ?????????????????

I am a TD Bank customer who uses their Bill Pay feature. A recent FireFox update now prevents me from completing my payment sequence. Please alert me how this can be fixed. I like the FireFox browser but will remove it from my computer if no fix is offered. When I use Google Crome I have no problem completing my payment sequence. Thank you.

Hi folks,

Is there a way to remove website suggestions from the URL address bar dropdown? I visited a site once in the past month (orbitz.com), and now it's featured/stuck in the suggestion dropdown, replacing sites that I visit daily. The cynical side of me says these businesses paid to have their URL stuck in the dropdown, but maybe that's just cynicism. Can I remove sites like this?
