I have a Brother DCP-L2550DW printer that is connected via a network cable. Any other browser, i.e. Edge or Chrome, seem to be able to connect and print just fine. Firefox fails to print and there is no information about why. I have checked Event Viewer, turned off all the extensions, tried the about:config to reset printer options. Every single suggestion I've found so far fails to fix it. I have a great deal invested in using Firefox (bookmarks, etc.) so I'd like to keep it as my default browser, but not being able to print is SO annoying. Any suggestions?

I am using the Thunderbird software (140.7.1esr 64-bit) for mail merge purposes on a Windows 11 operating system. However, when I start the mail merge process, it begins initially but then automatically disconnects before completing the task.

Due to this issue, I am unable to complete the mail merge properly. Kindly look into this problem and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Also, starting a few days ago, if you type it into the search bar on the homepage, it will drop to the top. What is the cause of these issues? I'm using Windows 11.

Prior to TB 148, OAUTH worked for POP3 access to: Gmail, MS Outlook, and Yahoo.

After TB 148 upgrade: OAUTH to Yahoo fails, subsequent log-in page also fails. Both OAUTH to Gmail and OAUTH to MS Outlook still work fine.

Rolled-back/Reverted to TB 147.0.2 -- OAUTH to all works fine, as it did previously.

Note: YahooMail seems to have other problems. But I was able to confirm successful OAUTH and POP3 to YahooMail after reversion to 147.0.2.

I configured a series of "Filters" on my account inbox (imap), that move certain messages into specific (sub)folders. E.g. "To: certain@address.de" , filter applied when fetching messages "before junk detection" (German UI: "Filter anwenden bei: Nachrichtenabruf").

The filter seems to just silently fail and do nothing, since I also use my Android K9-Thunderbird app (imap) on the go.

How can I get my Thunderbird desktop filter to work again, even when imap fetching/accessing new messages with the phone?

Since I upgraded to you, I am having trouble accessing important and medical info. I would like you to put every thing the way it was before. Easy access. You erraced some of my passwords, I want them back. I spend hours trying to find my info. I am 80 yrs old and do not need this aggravation. Thank you Moira

I can't find my password. I have the encrypted password. Could you please provide me with the unencrypted one. I am locked out of a good solution for want of this item. opened firefox saturday and screen was totally different than what i had. guess it updated, but not returned to my profile. have tried to open my profile and succeeded, but can't get it to come on automatically when i open firefox again. how do i open the profile i want and then keep it opened?

I have found Wikipedia to be biased and to contain much incorrect information. I would prefer to omit results from Wikipedia and to use data from Grokipedia instead. This presents two questions: 1. Will Mozilla add a general option to add or remove search sources? And 2. will Mozilla add Grokipedia to its list of sources?

Mozilla currently allows a user to select an AI Chatbot to use in the updated sidebar. The choices are limited to Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Le Chat Mistral and Microsoft Copilot. When will Mozilla add Grok to this list of choices?

I newly installed Thunderbird 148 on a Windows 11 laptop (after uninstalling a previous installation under a different user). I connected to a Yahoo Mail account and downloaded all the emails from the Yahoo inbox.

Emails with attachments (.pdf and .docx) visible online in Yahoo Mail do not include these attachments when downloaded to Thunderbird.

I have a problem trying to get the app PC Express past the sign in. The app is part of the yourindependentgrocer.ca app. I have used Firefox, Chrome and Edge and have encountered the same problem. I use Proton for my e-mail and I have used all their apps for my computer. I recently changed the start up app from judymk@protonmail.com to judymk@pm.me. I don't think this is a problem as Proton says the app should not care what protocol is used as it translates the same regardless of what app is used. I would appreciate any help with this.
