My business has two domains. I can send email to a Gmail account holder using the primary domain with no issues. But amy emails from what I call the "secondary" domain below are treated as spam. This occurs with two different email addresses using the secondary domain.

Both domains are hosted with Bluehost. Exhaustive research has revealed the following:

• Settings in Thunderbird are exactly the same, e.g. ports, security, SSL/TLS, etc. for each domain.
• There is no subject line or content that could possibly be regarded as spam.
• MXToolbox indicates that the secondary domain is not on any blacklist.
• Extended support via Bluehost reveals that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are all correct.
• Email sent to a Gmail account using the CPanel (Roundcube) is not flagged as spam. Only emails sent via Thunderbird are flagged.
• Emails sent to a Gmail account from the secondary domain using my mobile phone, but still on the same network/IP address, are not flagged as spam.
• If I first send an email to one of the secondary domain emails FROM Gmail, then reply to it, the reply is not flagged as spam.

After many hours of head scratching (and later, head banging), I am pretty much at my wit's end with this problem. I'm an electronic engineer but this one is definitely out of my wheelhouse. Any help would most certainly be appreciated!

The summary says it - How do I make Thunderbird automatically close the 'original' message when I click Reply or Forward?

Outlook does this, and I find it odd that Thunderbird does not have a toggle for this. I find that I end up the day having to close out a dozen or so 'original' messages...

Please tell me there is a switch somewhere! :)

English Almost all my icons in the taskbar, for open programs, are blue. How can I directly change the color of the Thunderbird tab in the Windows taskbar? It would be great to be able to choose so I can easily find Thunderbird and read my emails.

Yesterday I was having trouble sending emails from one of my email accounts. I had not fixed that when I shut down for the night. Today when I turned my computer on, both my email accounts and my address book was gone

I use Firefox 150.0. Flightradar24.com reports that my browser doesn't support WEbGL2. However it reports that Firefox supports WebGL2 since version 51.

Hello. I have a problem with the chat.deepseek.com website - every time I launch the browser, the language settings are reset from the system (or Russian) language set manually to English. Interestingly, this problem only occurs in Firefox, while other browsers work as expected. Additionally, the test profile created again also works properly. What I have done: 1. Reinstalled the browser, but it did not help 2. Deleted the folders responsible for Local Storage in the profile folder - didn't help 3. Cleared the cookies - helped until the first restart, then it was the same. History is enabled, and cookies are not cleared when the browser is closed. How can I solve this issue without deleting my profile? I don't want to lose my bookmarks, passwords, and website settings. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I find that three or four times a month, the links to all my bookmarks disappear. The bookmark folders and bookmark names are still shown but there are no URLs. If I restore to a few days previously they are work again. Why?

I have created an account instance in account settings, and the "Test connection to server" says it is OK, but when I go to the mail tab the get messages button and New Message are grayed out an NO accounts are listed in the "folders" area. Not does it ever ask for my password to the SMTP server I have selected. I have an existing account with my own email service (Hover), and MUST connect to that. This is critical, as I need my e-mail to accomplish necessary activities.

I can receive outlook e-mail but I cannot send from Thunderbird. I am asked for a password for the specific Microsoft server. I enter my Microsoft account password but this does not work. Security setting is STARTTLS withNormal Password authentification. My other Thunderbird non-MS e-mails are problem free.

Hi. Since the last 2 updates, my Bell sympatico email through T-bird cannot SEND anymore emails (No errors are given but the email never comes through). I can receive emails without issue and when I use another tool (like Outlook or go directly through my browser, the sympatico emails come through) I attached the settings for the SMTP in a screenshot if that could help.

Any idea how to fix this?

Dear Firefox.

I've now got 2 VPNs. One's called Proxy VeePN (that's how it spells it!) and the other one's your new one.

Proxy VeePN lets me use Pandora Music. Your one doesn't. Pandora can tell I'm in England on your one, it can't with Proxy VeePN (it thinks I'm in Switzerland, pretty sure.)

Why doesn't your one work with Pandora? I haven't tried it with anything else yet but then I really only use a VPN for Pandora Music anyway. Sometimes there's a couple of American games I play, but mainly Pandora. Why is it Proxy VeePN works with Pandora and yours doesn't?

Chris, Windows 10 user cos I can't afford to buy a new computer that works with Windows 11 (I know there's a registry hack but I don't think this one's fast enough anyway, was designed for XP and tends to die a death with 10, let alone 11! Too slow. The computer, not its owner!)

Everything working just fine last night. Wake up and Thunderbird will not retrieve emails.

Remembered this old message I got so I went through and deleted my second email address, didn't help.

Checked all settings compared to Yahoo, still won't download messages. I can even send a message with my current settings no problem, and it does login, just won't retrieve emails. Gives me a connection timeout.

Anyone have any ideas?

As a die-hard fan of Mozilla products for many years, I genuinely want to say thank you to the Thunderbird team for keeping such an amazing open-source project alive and improving it continuously. Thunderbird is still one of the most trusted and powerful email clients ever made, and many of us truly love using it every single day.

But from the bottom of my heart, there is one feature I strongly feel Thunderbird now urgently needs.

Please give Thunderbird a complete Mozilla Account–based sync system, just like Firefox.

Today, whenever we shift to a new computer, we still have to manually:

• reinstall extensions
• reconfigure settings
• restore filters
• restore signatures
• adjust preferences again
• rebuild our personalized setup

For long-time Thunderbird users, this takes a lot of time and effort.

Firefox already gives us such a beautiful and worry-free experience:

• Install Firefox
• Login with Mozilla Account
• Everything comes back automatically

And honestly… that experience feels magical.

As Thunderbird users, we dream of the same simplicity:

• Install Thunderbird
• Login with Mozilla Account
• Extensions auto-install
• Settings sync automatically

• Everything feels exactly like our old computer

No stress. No manual setup. No fear of migration.

I want to switch to the ESR channel.

How do I do that?

Dear Firefox friends, I am rather computer illiterate and use the internet only for emails and purchasing from Amazon. I have avoided installing Firefox updates, as they disable my sound and change language to Albanian, where I live, but don’t speak Albanian. Can you solve this, or will I have to just avoid installing updates? I have no concern for security; anyone can hack into anything they want, but it will do them no good; I don’t have anything that is sensitive, and my bank has everything well secured (and minimal funds anyway). Do you have a permanent solution – I don’t want to fix every update? I know you hate non-nerds like me, but I'm 80, and have neither the time nor inclination to be one!!!! Searches using the provided Amazon search feature found in settings will always have "tag=admarketus-20" in the url. Example: https://www.amazon.com/s?tag=admarketus-20&ref=pd_sl_ [bunch of letters and numbers] &mfadid=adm&k= [search query] Now, if this were an affiliate tag for Mozilla specifically, I would understand, but googling the "admarketus-20" tag turns up posts showing that users on various other browsers (Vivaldi, Opera, Chrome) also reporting seeing this tag popping up in their searches too. I wondered if this was due to malware, but I did a fresh Firefox installation on a newly installed Win10 machine and it happens there too. Who/what is this tag for?
